I didn’t know I needed a new roof until Joesph V. stopped by. He inspected the roof, call the insurance company, met the claims adjuster, and ensured the claim covered all the damage. He then helped me pick a style and color of shingle that ended up looking great on our home. And not only did he help with the roof he worked with the insurance adjuster and other contractors to repair some of the roof framing, windows, and gutters.Highly recommended!

We lucked out hiring Tarrant Roofing and boy are we glad!! We were expecting another company to come and give us a bid and they never showed but Tarrant was here and gave us a bid and the rest was golden! Dylon Beamsderfer has been FANTASTIC to work with! He shows up when he says he will, he scheduled every task and kept us informed, he gave us lots of options to consider and made sure our house looked great!! We can’t thank them enough for making this hail damage repair as easy as it could be and helping our house to look lovely!! All the subs that came did a great job preparing our house for work and protecting our plants and windows and pool. We had roof done, gutters replaced, fascia replaced, house painted, fence restrained & repaired and window screens replaced. They cleaned up after and were very friendly! We recently had to replace our entire roof due to a Texas sized hailstorm. We chose Tarrant Roofing, and we are so thankful we did! Our project manager, Brock, did a fantastic job every step of the way. From start to finish this was probably the easiest project for us. Everything was explained thoroughly and Brock stayed in close communication with us from start to finish. Even though there were many houses in our neighborhood that were also either getting repairs or a full replaced roof, they were able to get us in within two weeks. Super efficient! Overall, we had an excellent experience with Tarrant Roofing! Replacing the roof took only one day, and they cleaned up very well. With 3 rental properties, it can sometimes be a struggle to find decent contractors. Fortunately, I was able to connect with Daniel Lance Melin, and he took the jobs with enthusiasm. Everything done was promptly without any SNAFUs. I was also able to connect with Jessica at the headquarters, and she calmly helped me with all of the digital paperwork. I'm definitely going to refer Tarrant to everyone.

Tarrant Roofing completed our roof with the utmost professionalism from the representative to the actual roofers. We started the process months ago(insurance issues, shingles were backordered, etc) and our sales person, Jeremy Schelhorn who was top-notch. Jeremy went out of his way to serve us. We had a tree fall on our house before the new roof, thankfully. Jeremy came to our house before we could tell him not to, early on a Saturday morning, right after the tree fell, with intentions of helping my husband remove the tree. They quickly found it was a much bigger task and he referred us to someone that came out the same day. We had a furnace vent that needed to be reattached and sealed to the roof. Our realtor recommended Tarrant Roofing, and they came out the same day I called. They did a thorough inspection of the roof, fixed the vent, saw another vent that needed to be resealed, and did that one too! All in less than an hour! They ask that we find 5 referrals for the company, and we are definitely doing our best to recommend Tarrant Roofing! They were polite, on time, knowledgeable, and quick to work! Thank you!

Just got my roof done with Tarrant roofing. Great job no complaints at all. I was working with Mr. Brock Reichert. He was awesome answered all of my questions never complain about anything. We were kind of a pain in the butt. Never had an issue through phone and text he was here day of install making sure all the guys were cleaning up. They didn’t leave any debris behind, very good Job would definitely recommend also would recommend Mr. Brock if anyone is needing any info and roofing he’s the guy to go see

Tarrant Roofing is there from start to finish. Jeremy Schelhorn and his staff are amazing. They made sure that my bushes and Ring video cameras were all protected. My neighbors to the left and right of me used two different roofing companies which left a mess and I had to pick up so many nails and roofing trash. I went looking for nails around my house and did not find one. If you want it done right, go with Tarrant Roofing.

Brock Reichert from Tarrant Roofing helped us with the entire process of installing a new roof, paint, and gate repairs after a hail storm. He worked with our Insurance claim and was relentless with not only his follow through on projects, but also getting us the best deal. He was not pushy or “sneaky salesman” like, adding in extras that we didn’t need. He truly had our best interest at heart and I believe that is the character of this company. For over a year we were unaware of the flashing being faulty around a chimney. When we enclosed the back porch it became apparent that all the rain on the porch wasn’t just blowing in from the open sides. Last Fall we called Tarrant and they dispatched a rep to look at the issue. He added some fixative under some shingles and called it done. Next rain, it’s leaking still. We climbed up and examined what had been done and determined it might have worked but maybe there was also an issue with the chimney mortar. We called Tarrant and they dispatched the same rep as before and another one beside. The guy that had already been here once examined it again and did a water hose leak test and determined that his fix had worked but there was an additional problem with the chimney itself, not his problem. The second guy did a water hose test and determined that there was a problem with the way the flashing was installed. He said he would talk to management and get back to us. That was over a week ago. Today we called Tarrant again. . . That was 2 weeks ago. Since my previous post they finally pulled back the shingles and really appeared to have fixed the problem. After 2 days of heavy rainfall there’s no leak from the chimney area. At last!

I had the pleasure and luck of getting Nick Whitaker with Tarrant Roofing in Fort Worth, when I needed a quote for a new roof. Nick and his crew were up on the roof and did a complete inspection. They then sat down to go over the quote and made us aware of exactly what to expect and when to expect it. The called my homeowner’s Insurance and assisted opening a claim.Nick Explained the changes in what insurance covers.The day the insurance adjuster came out to inspect the roof, Nick was here walking with the adjuster to ensure we received the best covered response and then reviewed the color options with my wife. Nick took care of the entire process, ordering shingles, scheduling delivery and laborers while keeping us completely informed. Nick always responded quickly when I had questions, and the entire process from start to finish was complete in one (1) day.Nick’s team did a great job repairing my roof, skylight, Gutters, roof vents and window screens. All the individuals that came out to my house were very friendly and professional. The roofers were here at 630 and worked until it got dark. Nick was here at 6AM.The clean up was amazing. You couldn’t even tell there were close to 10 workers all over my property and roof all day. They also swept my yard 4 time to ensure there were no nail in yard. In fact when my wife arrived home, the senior manager asked her to wait and he swept the driveway again. To say Nick provided excellent customer service would be an understatement. Nick sets the bar and then exceeds itWhen need to replace my roof in the future, I’ll be calling Nick.

We had Tarrant Roofing in Austin replace our house roof in 2023. A few months later some Warranty issues appeared. Fawn the Warranty Supervisor was excellent. She was patient, kind, informative, and very professional. She sent the right people out to fix the issues. I sincerely and thankfully applaud Fawn and the Warranty Customer Service team for their support. The Lifetime Labor Warranty is also transferrable, nice.

Tarrant Roofing Fort Worth did a great job repairing my Roof, Skylight, Gutters, Chimney cap, and Window glazing beads/screens. All the individuals that came out to my house were very friendly and professional. I did not get a chance to be around for all the work being done, but I do know many Roofers were there to do my two story house from early morning until it got dark. They all worked hard. I am sure the other individuals that worked on other areas that needed repair worked just as hard based on the results.
