Top Rated Roofing did a terrific job through the entire process of replacing our hale-damaged roof. He met with the insurance adjusters and worked diligently to make sure that with received all the monies to cover the costs. The roof was replaced quickly and with no mess to our flower beds or yard. They were able to come by the same day I called and inspect and even repair my roof. Most roofing companies I’ve dealt with in the past are border-line con artist. I was scared to see how I would get taken Advantage of but it was me who felt like I took advantage of them. They completed the work in the same day at a fraction of the cost I was expecting. The owner was super friendly and easy to work with. Since moving to Fort Worth two years ago, it’s the first time I needed a roofer and now I found one I can use for any future roofing needs. I didn’t know if all the 5 star reviews were real or not. But these guys are legit.

I had some chimney and roof line damage from a windstorm. My neighbors suggested I contact Rod with Top Rated Roofing. He returned my call quickly, set up a time to exam damage, did the repair for a very reasonable fee, and returned a day or two later to be sure the repair was successful. I was searching around to have my roof inspected to see if it was in need of repair. I had seen serveral houses in our neighborhood with "Top Rated Roofing" signs in their yard. Those folks all have good looking high quality roofs from what I can tell. I contacted Top Rated Roofing to come inspect my roof. Roney the owner came over and inspected the roof to assess damage, if any. After inspection he then took the time to explain to my wife and I on what damage we did have on the roof and how it happens. This was extremely helpful as we are not experienced by any means in roofing. He did see some small issues with the roof that needed to repaired right away, and gratefully he fixed them for us later that same day at no cost. I know these were minor things but Roney went above and beyond here to help. Not only that but he even went out of his way to play and talk with our 3 kids. Roney is great! He's come over in the past, just to look over our roof for an assessment and gave us his honest opinion. I had a leak Christmas eve and emailed him. He was quick to respond and came out to pinpoint the problem. He fixed it, and didn't try and upsell me on a new roof. He's a very honest businessperson and that is so greatly appreciated! Roney, owner of Top Rated Roofing, was recommended to me by my awesome painter. He called him as soon as I got off the phone and told him about our roof leak and within two hours Roney called me! He wanted to come out the next day but it kept on raining! He came out yesterday and fixed where he thinks the leak is coming from. It's hard to tell because it had already dried out but he said next time it rains check for moisture and call him if it still leaking. Roney and his team did an excellent job fixing our roof. I heard from Roney every step of the way from my initial call which was nice. I am also very impressed with the speed at which they worked.Roney and his crew arrived when they said they would be there and worked literally all day (we have a very large roof). We have been extremely pleased with the quality of workmanship as we have not had any leaks or other issues. To that point, my husband has a roller magnet thing from his garage that he used on our yard and flower beds, but he was unable to find a single nail.In addition, my husband insisted on adding additional ventilation to our attic space and they added ridge vents to our roofline because we apparently didn't have this before. The price for this option was less than I expected which makes me happy and adding this made my husband happy! I would definitely recommend Top Rated Roofing!
