I had hail damage from the April 2021 Texas hail storm. Zenith has been great throughout the whole process. They came out, looked at my roof and gutters and gave me an estimate quickly. The estimate was comparable with other companies but I choose them because of their better communication and explanation as to what was needed for my roof/gutters. They scheduled my roof to be replaced within 2 weeks, and they did the whole roof in one day. The next day they came and did the gutters which took about 4 hours. Everything was cleaned up and an inspector came and checked over the roof, gutters, my home equipment in the attic and the yard to make sure nothing was missed/damaged in the process (nothing was). They made this process simple and answered all my questions throughout. I hope I don’t need a new roof for a long time but if I do I will definitely be going back to Zenith!!

Zenith Roofing is a company like no other! When, after a hailstorm, I saw roofing company signs going up in yards all over my neighborhood, II thought it might be wise to have our roof checked. I had vivid memories of how happy we had been with service we received from Zenith Roofing when our roof was last replaced more than a dozen years ago. It did not occur to me to work with any other company.I looked up the number on my old receipt, and called Zenith. Blaine made an appointment to come take a look at our roof. Sure enough, he said., we needed a new roof! Now we have had Allstate Insurance for many years. I called them and started the claims process. I asked that Blaine meet with their man when he came to check out our roof. Allstate, to my surprise, sent out a third party person. He was not interested in working with Blaine. He said he had to do his own report. The Allstate man took pictures. A few days later, I received mail from Allstate. No new roof needed! Blaine was flabbergasted. He was on the phone with Allstate. He got permission from Allstate to submit his own pictures. Then, Blaine and his coworker Mike came out and took about 90 photos. They tried multiple times to send the photos to Allstate. For some reason Allstate could not open zip files! Finally, Mike and Blaine spent hours sending 90 photos one by one to Allstate. A few days later, I got a call from Allstate. The “adjuster” informed me that he could not find enough damage to exceed our deductible.I was ready to give up. But not so, Blaine. He was not going to quit! He and Mike were both on the phone with Allstate yet again. This time, they got an agreement that Allstate would send their own man to meet with Mike and Blaine one last time. His decision would be final. A week later, there was a meeting on our roof. After about half an hour, the doorbell rang. Guess what? It was the Allstate man. He was very enthusiastic. Said he didn’t know what happened with the first man who came out. We definitelyneeded a new roof! Of course a big smile from Blaine. Apparently photos don’t do a good job of illustrating damage. Within three hours the first part of the money was in my bank account from Allstate. Wow!I looked for a way to praise the company online. On Facebook I saw a wonderful video by the company’s owner. He talked about his values. Believe me, his company is a real reflection of those values!Now, we have a beautiful new roof. Ernesto and Luis and their crew did a wonderful job. Started and finished in one day. That was Friday. Today, Monday, another Zenith man, Steve, was here. He was inspecting; said he found a few things that will be touched up.Imagine what a great world it would be if more companies were like Zenith Roofing.

They may be good roofers but they employ inconsiderate employees who barreled through a yield sign doing a minimum of 60 in a 40! Then sped through a SCHOOL ZONE AT 7:20AM!!The license plate ended in 4833, he backed off the gas when he realized he messed up! Being late to a job is better then not arriving at all!Do better!
