This is our second time over the years working with Joel and the team at Trinity! We appreciate that they got our roof done in a day both times, and they hire professional roofers to do the work! With their industry connections, they were also able to coordinate with all the necessary vendors to get our painting and gutters handled seamlessly. We had Joel Carriker and his team out in 2017 or so to have our roof and gutters replaced with great success and satisfaction. This year, while putting our lights up for the holidays we noticed a soffit hanging down and water damage in a corner near our front door. We called Joel and he and his team of guys made it right! Alex was fantastic. Extremely quick with a response and able to help us same day. He was very thorough. Checked out the attic and got on the roof to inspect the leak. Used his GoPro to show me a video of what he found on the roof with a detailed explanation. Did the assessment and fixed the problem within an hour. Trinity Roofing and Construction recently installed my new 6" gutters. I am very happy with the outstanding work that was done. The workers arrived at my home on time and I was kept informed as to what was being done from start to finish. Rick Longoria, the project manager, was here during the process to make sure that the gutters were the color I wanted and that the installation met the high standards of the company. He was also here to do a final inspection when the gutters had been installed. I am very happy with the gutters and would like to thank everyone who worked so hard to install them on both the first floor of my home, as well as the second. Absolutely happy and pleased with the professionalism and work done by these guys! Very fair priced and the quality of their work speaks for itself. Joel Carriker came out, inspected our roof and advised on suggested repairs. Appreciated his honesty, professionalism, and none of the pushy sales tactics you typically see. He was able to get his guys out and repair our chimney and re-seal and re-paint our dormer (faces the sun usually so takes quite a beating!) shortly after agreeing to a quote. I cannot say enough good things about Trinity Roofing. I just moved into a new house, and I quickly had some surprise roof leaks. They were quick, kind and very thorough. Joel was absolutely wonderful to work with. After the very heavy hail storms earlier this year, we had at least 10 roofers a day knocking on our door and leaving advertisement. We were referred to Joel by one of our neighbors who had nothing but good things to say about him and the company. Joel was responsive and excellent with communication and follow up. I contracted Trinity Roofing to repair my weather damaged roof. I want to personally recognize my contractor, Alex. From the onset of meeting him, his professionalism, attention to detail and customer service were without reproach. During the time when as a result of severe weather in Texas we sustained major roof damage in our area. You had every manner of roofing company trying to bid for your business. We were new to the Frisco area and received a referral for trinity. The gutters on our home were not installed properly and needed the flashing for proper drainage to the gutters.
