My wife wished to have some extra towel rods and curtain rods installed. I was traveling at the time and unable to take care of these small items. The handyman who showed up was not prepared for the work and had to borrow some tools to complete the work. Anchors were not used, and now are the rods are coming out of the wall. In addition, curtain rods were not leveled prior to install and needed to be adjusted after screws were already in the wall. Now we have additional holes in our wall. This was an easy job, which now has to repaired, and not saving me anytime or money.
