Mars Services provides one stop booking for all my residential needs. Chris Bergin provided on time, professional HVAC service on my furnace, explained what was needed, efficiently repaired it, and charged me a reasonable price. Joseph Hicks and James Brantley keep my home free of spiders, ants and crickets without exposing my cats to any harm and come back to ensure the job was completed thoroughly and properly. Tre Pope flushed out my tankless water heater with his usual courteous and professional demeanor and checked my other hose and plumbing connections to ensure they were sound. I can count on the entire Mars Services team to be on time, professional and to do the job right the first time.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!! Mars is an absolute nightmare of a company full of scammers. Use literally anybody else. They claimed to have cleared out my A/C lines back in May. In July, my ceiling nearly fell in from a leak caused by A/C conduit lines being clogged and pushing down into my plumbing. My plumber discovered my plumbing was caked up from the A/C line connection with my 3rd floor master bathroom, and immediately told me that my A/C guy needs to be clearing the lines and doing regular maintenance. When I told him it had been supposedly cleared out just 6 weeks earlier, he said, "Do you see these pipes?I don't know what he did, but when I do it it doesn't look like this." It is beyond obvious Mars didn't complete the service paid for.When confronted with the photos and statements, Mars immediately forwarded me to their legal counsel and refused to do anything about it. Their response below is nonsensical given that. They also threatened to sue me claiming my review i defamatory despite being entirely accurate. They suck. Right before the Thanksgiving holiday, we needed a carpet cleaning after a medical emergency. Even though Mars was fully booked until after the holiday, Julie understood the need for urgency and made sure to squeeze us in. She returned my call when she said she would and was incredibly professional and nice. Ben came to the house to clean and was absolutely amazing. He was so kind, incredibly thorough and super helpful. My sister and I were in the middle of taking care of a parent in the hospital and the experience with both Julie and Ben allowed us to focus on our parent. I pay for a service for an entire year in advance. Both this year and last year, this company has messed up and attempted to start charging me for service before my previous payment term was complete. It takes multiple phone calls with apologies and statement they will look into it and call me back, but they never call me back and then they stop the service THAT I HAVE PAID FOR. Prompting even more phone calls. The guy that does the work is fantastic. The company and their billing process would get a negative rating from me they are so poor. Their scheduling department for service is just as abysmal as the financial side. Overall, the have some good employees (likely from acquisitions), but extremely poor management.

Had my ac replaced inside and out. Sammi was awesome did a wonderful job communicating and getting someone out fast to look at it. Sonny came out explained the process, was very informative what needed to be done. Sonny found us the best system for the best price for my home. Joe the technician that installed my system took his time made sure everything was done right worked late in to the night to make sure we had our ac up and running for the weekend. Thank you all!

I had a clogged kitchen sink. When the tech arrived I mentioned that my husband had tested positive for Covid the week before. The tech checked with the office and then explained that he couldn't come into the house. He was able to unplug the sink from the outside. He was pleasant and efficient. I am very pleased.

Ben came to my apartment to replace & shampoo some of the carpet in my room due to the storm from last week. Ben was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He did an exceptional job on my carpet. He even went above and beyond and shampooed the entire apartment even though the only area he had to do was the area in my bedroom.
