Craig with Elite Roofing did a great job on my roof repair. He was able to repair my damaged shingles and pipe jack issues and restor the integrity of my roof that was in good condition, and ultimately made better. Since the home was a recent purchase there were concerns that were raised through inspection that I wanted to be sure would not cost me a fortune down the road, and Elite Roofing helped me to achieve this. They documented each repair before and after and sent me a link for my own peace of mind and verification. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

AHS dispatched Elite Roofing to us when we had a leak around a skylight. It seems the roofers we had before installed the new skylight without attending to the area surrounding it.They scheduled us fairly quickly, given there was a recent bad storm and roofers must have been swamped.Anton came out and arrived even a little early, he inspected our roof both inside and out, and explained to us in detail what repairs would need to be made.As he was up there inspecting, he went above and beyond by examining the entire rooftop, and he was diligent to alert us of a problem area on our siding that we could not see from the ground that required immediate maintenance.We received an estimate which clearly itemized the repair work. Once Anton returned (which we truly appreciate continuity between diagnosis and solution implementation!) he resolved the repairs in a timely manner, and provided pictures of how he even improved the design of the flashing to help alleviate and direct the flow of water away from the skylight - he got it done right!He's quite experienced and knowledgeable and I would feel confident in hiring him for any repair or replacement work. Of course we don't look forward to having more roofing damage and work needed, but the elements and time takes it's toll.We will definitely use them again in the future when the time comes!

Elite Roofing took great care of our small roof leak that was discovered during our HVAC checkup. They addressed the already known leak and took extra time to ensure there weren't any unknown leaks in some of the other nearby pipes. Truly grateful for the pics they shared of their repairs - because I surely wasn't going to be going up there to check myself ;o) I will definitely use them again for any future roof maintenance.

Elite Roofing is the very definition of an old fashioned full service contractor company. Tornado destroyed our home in Jan 2023 and Eric Taylor walked into our lives. He personally met with several insurance adjusters at our home and fought everyone tooth and nail for a fair adjustment. His insurance background proved to be priceless. His contractors are hand chosen and are at the top of their field. Ten months later there’s many of my neighbors still displaced. Their contractors refusing to finish, dealing with horrible workmanship and Elite had us home in three months in a home better than ever. This is one man I cannot praise enough. Thank you Elite!!

George came and gave us the best estimate for our money and gave us all the details and choices my wife picked her colors and was so pleased.And they arrived at 7am went to work and was done by 5pm they cleaned up as they went so there little to no clean up once they were finished we have a pool and not one thing fell into it.We are more than satisfied with George and his crew if ever we need another roof (God forbid) we would use them again in a heartbeat !

Anton, my roof repair technician, was extremely professional and was able to repair my roof timely. He walked me through pictures of the damage and the process of what he fixed. He was very personable and communicated with me throughout the process. I appreciate the text messages to let me know when they would arrive and reminders for appointments. Even though he was sent to inspect the damaged area only, he did a walkthrough of my entire roof to check if I had and damaged in other areas. My roof would have a very small leak occasionally near my fireplace. I suspected that the caulking at the flashing where the chimney met the pitch was probably the cause. Since my roof was only 4 years old at the time and under warranty, I phoned Brinkman, the roofing contractor that sold and installed it. Right off the bat I learned that they had sold all warranty service to some other group. They transferred me and when I connected with a person, they told me that the way the warranty works is, they’ll charge $250 for the inspection, but if they find the problem is due to their work, the charge is dropped. I though there is no way the problem is mine and agreed they should come. After he arrived, he spent less than 3 minutes on the roof, came down and proceeded to tell me I don’t take care of my roof. I asked him to repeat, and he said “You don’t caulk it!”. I booted him off my property without pay! I dod a google search recently and up popped “Elite”. I phoned, described my issue and after verifying if it was an emergency, which I stated it was not, they set up an appointment for an inspection the next day.Long story short, while inspecting, Elite discovered that my flashing on the upper side of my chimney had corroded through. They emailed me a quote. I accepted and they were out a day later to make the repairs. The guys did a super job and replaced not only the flashing, but some siding and trim on my chimney, and some of the surrounding shingles. It had even started raining while midway in the repair, but the repairman got me dried in before breaking. After the work was done they phoned and asked how the work was. I had to remind them that I still needed to pay. Everyone I dealt with at Elite was very professional and cordial. With service and attention like that, I guarantee they will be installing my next roof!
