We had a horrible hail storm that totalled our roof. With so many roofing companies out there it was hard to decide what company was a right fit for us. I am extremely happy we used infinity roofing. Jason was the best kept us informed at every step and did an amazing job on the roof it looks amazing. He definitely went over and beyond what we expected. If I could give 10 stars I would.

I had my roof done by this company. Days after the completion of the job thier subcontractor informed me he did not get paid. First of all,, What company doesn't pay their workers? What a shame! Not to mention these roofers work hard and endure alot to get the job done. I believe they should be paid for the work they did. I would never recommend this greedy company to anyone.I would never lie to others about this situation. This is terrible and should have never happened.Nelson is the one I was told who didn't pay subcontractors.Following photos should give you a idea of the project I'm talking about. I hope subcontractor gets paid. Thank you and have a great day.

Ever wished you had a family member who was a roofer that you can trust? Here ya go. These people are courteous, kind and professional. Their work is fast, efficient and clean. If you can, ask for Jennifer. She was very thorough and thoughtful. She will comb over your roof looking for imperfections created my Mother Nature then HELP the Insurance Company recognize what needs to be addressed. All the while providing you with follow ups and next steps. I really don’t think I could have had a better experience with the company or Jennifer. If you have a known leak or just got hit with a Texas size hail storm, get them on your roof. Roof is blowing off and has been since it was newly replaced 6 years ago. In 2022 we requested that infinity inspect the roof for defect and repair the part of the roof that was falling off. They did come and repair the obvious damage but did not detect the more serious systemic issue with the installation. The current solution suggested is to replace the entire roof after just 6 years. It would have been nice if they suggested that when they were there a year ago. This being a high cost to the home owner, and because I was the infinity rep at the time, I will personally honor the warranty that infinity seems to think they have no responsibility to honor.I was the rep for the house next door as well. It was installed by a different crew and thus explains the different results. If we had not brought this problem up with infinity before the 5 years was up, I could understand infinity's position, but it just seems that they can skirt their responsibility. They did not fix the problem when we called. They put a bandaid on the problem and the warranty expired. The band aid came off along with a lot more of the roof. I will try to explain in future cmoments. I worked for infinity for about a year and had a high opinion of the company. I don't hold as high. Of an opinion any more.

I worked with Infinity Roofing's Drue Koegler in Austin to replace my hail damaged roof.He inspected my roof free of charge looking for, counting and marking hail strikes on my shingles, and he accompanied my insurance carrier's adjuster when they did their inspection, advising them of his findings.Once my home's insurer affirmed the claim and issued their settlement, Drue and his crew were very quick and efficient stripping the old shingles, patching any water damaged decking and replacing with new high quality GAF shingles in a single day. Their cleanup of the site after completion was admirably thorough.He worked efficiently with my solar panel company to coordinate the timing of their uninstall of my system to make way for Drue and his crew to do the job.His post-completion follow up has been excellent.I would not hesitate to refer anyone to Infinity Roofing in Austin, and they would receive excellent service from Drue Koegler.Services: Attic venting repairs, Roof repair for storm & wind damage, Roof inspection, Roof installation

John McLeod and crew knocked this job out of the park. Highly responsive to questions, and able to expertly explain answers, the communication was on point, and a super plus. The materials and crews arrived precisely when I was told to expect them. The crew worked cleanly and effeciently in this killer TX heat, all the while maintaining professional and courtieous attitudes. They left the jobsite looking like they had never been there.Unfortunately I have needed my home re-roofed twice, but thank goodness for John McLeod and his top-notch team. Joey Koehler and his team made the entire process of getting a new roof super easy and convenient. He came out when he said he would and even dealt with the insurance company (that is HUGE for me), he worked me in quickly because this was time sensitive, and they did a fantastic job. The attention to detail was wonderful and they even ended up staying late to finish after some additional damage was discovered. Joey, and his team answered any questions I had and even assisted me on the documentation for the insurance company like I mentioned. We knew our roof needed to be replaced but procrastinated because we dreaded the process. Jennifer came out to the house and really made everything easy from the start. I recently had my roof replaced with Infinity Roofing. I was denied previously two different times. Jennifer gave me a free inspection and stated she was confident she could get it approved, regardless of the previous denials. I decided to give it a try. She was very thorough, honest and kind. She met with my adjuster and sure enough, she got roof approved and my interior damage. I was thrilled. She walked me through the whole process and communicated with me every step of the way. The crew got done in one day and the roof looks amazing. Jennifer even came by after to make sure no trash or nails were in my yard. I needed my roof replaced due to storm damage, but the insurance company had refused to pay for it after a small leak. Derek stepped in and provided my insurance company with more than enough proof that the leak was caused by storm damage, not age and they agreed to replace it. From start to finish, Derek and the whole Infinity team had excellent customer service. He went above and beyond to get my roof completed as quickly as possible, he double checked that all nails were picked up, and even came back to my house to push in some recessed lights that came loose during the roofing process. We had hail damage done to our roofand had to replace it. Mark and his team from Infinity did a great job. They worked around my busy schedule and were able to do it exactly when we had it scheduled. All I had to do is so go! James Thomas with Infinity Roofing took the ball and ran with it for a quick and quality roof installation. He got the approval from our HOA and he worked directly with our insurance agent from day one to set up appraisals and quotes. They had it scheduled AND completed within days, literally. All we had to do was pick the color of our new improved quality shingles and he handled the rest. Very professional and communicative throughout the process. Transferable warranty too! Highly recommend.

We had a great experience getting our roof done this week with Infinity. Me and my husband saw the plane with their AD and we said why not lets give them a call. We had hail damage with our roof and they came out the next day to look at it. Shane Savage was our Project Manager and he did a great job keeping us informed, and helping us understand the process. As well as going over and beyond to get a bit more out of the insurance to fix more problematic areas that he saw. Work was done efficiently and clean up was good. I would definitely recommend them!

I have never got online to give a review before. But our experience with Jason Feliciano compels me to write this review. Our roof was over 10+ years old and with the damages we received from hail storms, we needed a new roof. We were planning on meeting with several roofing company, but after our meeting with JASON FELICIANO, we were sold on Infinity Roofing being our roofing contractor. What a blessing to have met Jason. He was amazingly helpful and awesome. He was very knowledgeable about the whole process with dealing with the insurance company and explained things to us very well. He was polite, honest, caring, and prompt in answering our texts :) On the day the roof was replaced, the crew was at our house bright and early and worked very hard. Jason kept us informed of the progress throughout the day. They were able to complete the job in ONE day!!!! Suffice to say, we are EXTREMELY happy and thankful to have met Jason and have Infinity Roofing work on our roof. Given our experience, I'll recommend Jason and Infinity Roofing to my family members without any hesitation or doubt.

Humberto and his entire crew at Infinity Roofing did an awesome job from start to finish in replacing my roof. We had hail damage and from the very beginning, Humberto helped with the entire process. Everything was explained up front so I knew exactly what to expect.The work was done in a day and a half and my roof looks amazing. No corners were cut, from material, workmanship, replacing rotten boards and the cleanup - the result was a great looking roof. I feel very good about the quality of the work done by Infinity and am sure it will have a long life.Humberto was onsite several times to make sure everything was being done and that we were happy with the work. I felt in the loop the entire time about what was being done. Bottom line, I have a great roof and Infinity is the company to go with.Infinity did an awesome job - I would certainly give a recommendation to use them for any roofing need.

Matthew Smith showed up to inspect our roof and discovered hail damage. He explained the process for submitting a claim with our insurance company and was there while the adjuster did his inspection. Matthew worked with us on scheduling the new roof install and ensured the job was done right and on time. The workers were fast, efficient and cleaned up the yard well. 30 years had taken its toll on our roof, so I contacted a friend I trusted who worked with Infinity Roofing and Siding. He got me in touch with Matthew Smith who worked in my area. Matthew came to the house and inspected the roof and was able to give me a very reasonable, firm quote with the understandable caveat that any rotten or damaged 4x8 plywood sheets they found during the job would be replaced at a reasonable set rate each. The job was done quickly and they cleaned up afterward. The roof looks amazing. Matthew Smith did such a good job, I recommended him to my mother-in-law. Infinity Roofing replaced her roof, too, with similarly excellent results. I would recommend Infinity Roofing and Matthew Smith to anyone who might need a new roof. - George Woodard
