No one could beat their prices or warranty by far. They are platinum level installers for business's like Ownes Corning and GAF that have been around for decades. They gave me a VA discount which was significant. Super happy with the results. Andreas answered every question along the way. They are very upfront about the quote not including rotten wood beyond 3 sheets. I recommend trying to access if the roof has more than one layer and what the additional cost involved are.

I did not enjoy working with this company. They added a tarp to my roof to prevent a small leak which was to help buy us some time for my insurance company to make a decision. I decided not to work with this team and three roofing companies have informed me that the tarp was installed incorrectly. I'm left with more damage than what I started with. They also bent my gutters from the many times that they went on the roof. Andres was pleasant to speak with but I felt like I was speaking with a sales person which is not my preference. I would prefer to speak with someone who can explain the physical repair process and the financial piece. Also, they would often speak with my insurance company via phone and email without looping me into the conversation. I was only contacted if they felt they were approved to complete a job which most of the time was not approved by my insurance company. I wouldn't recommend this company. Please dont contact me for a follow up.

We had RRS out to do several projects recently. Our ancient garage door broke, so they replaced it and the opener. We had a few things we wanted in a garage door and opener, and they found just what we were looking for. They were fast but did a great job. We also had them repair some interior ceiling damage - they did a very professional job and matched the paint, and were careful about the dust in a room with no doors to close. Next up was a full roof replacement (very steep roof), as well as repair from a tree that had grown into the eave of our garage. The roof is BEAUTIFUL. They did not go over their quote. Guys were professional and cleaned up the property when they were done. We now have a list of other projects we'll be sending their way.José stayed in contact with us and his crews the entire time, and he also made getting quotes a breeze!

From start to finish, Roof Squad made things easy, clear, convenient, and professional. Ivan and his photography drone showed me exactly what the roof issues were, told me what they could do, spelled it all out in a user-friendly contract, and followed through as promised. Very professional workers, did a great job, and left my yard and roof spotless. Ivan and the drone took photos of the new roof and it looks great!! It rained buckets the very next day and no leaks or issues. Ivan even went up in the attic to check everything out. Very happy with Roof Squad and I highly recommend them. I'm thankful to have found this company among the many others & would do business with them again in the future.The new roof looks amazing & the labor & product warranties give great piece of mind.I especially recommend ANDRES ANDONIE who was our roof assessor & sales representative who receives 5 stars from this reviewer. He went above & beyond on the roof replacement job we needed done by being very understanding, responsive & resolving problems.The 4 stars I've given is not an indication of my opinion of Mr. Andonie. 4 stars is given based on how the company itself did not do more to ensure that this job was performed efficiently & without any problems. Yes, there were some issues with this job but I'm reasonable & understand that the particular property (a 4 story townhouse which was on the market for sale) was a challenging job making a perfect experience nearly impossible.The job was rescheduled causing great strife due to incorrect information provided to me which required me to be present to give property access to the crew. The job was also not completed within the time frame quoted/expected most likely because a 3 person roofing crew was sent (both days) which should've been a 6 person crew. Several window screens were damaged from old roof debris being dropped from the roof as is normal for roofing jobs causing additional loss of my time. Mr. Andonie did assume responsibility for the unintentional damage & personally repaired the window screens which I feel is a superb reflection of his character & work ethic in addition to his willingness to not overcharge for the cost of the job.All things considered, I believe a fair price was paid for a challenging job performed in one of the hottest times of the year. I believe that the new roof install was performed correctly despite not quickly. I trust that the new home owners are appreciative of having a brand new roof. Well I made a new one for the next week (today) and had a no call no show. I was pretty disappointed as I really needed a second opinion. The young lady who helped me set up the appt was very sweet though. Unsure if there was some sort of communication error.
