We have had multiple projects by best investments and all of the work has exceeded our expectations. We had our home’s exterior painted, shutters added to a window, a pergola refinished and outdoor patio created, an entire wall and door added to create an office in our gameroom, our baby’s room painted with an added accent wall. We love all of our remodels and can’t say enough about the quality of the designs, craftsmanship and overall professionalism from the crews and project managers.

Mr Jerry and his team were very professional. The crews were very friendly, on time, and did quality work at a reasonable price. We had all of our windows replaced with NT Windows, had new Neuma doors installed, replaced siding and soffits with Hardy Plank and they power washed and painted the entire house. Best Investments recently replaced my home siding and also completed a (2) color paint job (James Hardie/Sherwin Williams). I cannot recommend them enough! I worked directly with one of the owners, Josh Underwood - very honest, ethical and professional, an all-around good person and wonderful to work with.The crew that came out were fantastic, did an excellent job and went above and beyond. We ended up doing a complete review of my home's exterior to include windows and the roof. We are going to do some window replacements in the future to update the style and they told me the roof was in very good shape except for a small repair needed on the garage and one spot in the back. They completed the roof repairs and also did a great job!!!! I had a home appraisal done a few months before which also said my roof was in good condition so I felt like I had a comparison and believe Best Investments was honest in their inspection and recommendation. I will definitely use them for all my home needs in the future.

We used Best Investments at our first house, having windows installed. At that time, we worked with Jerry, the owner. We were so pleased with the new windows and Jerry was so easy to work with. Within the last 16 months, we used Best Investments again, replacing sliders in our patio home with Nuema panel doors. This time we had the pleasure of working with Josh. He did an outstanding job communicating with us from start to finish. He kept us well informed, especially during the pandemic where the manufacture was slow in making the doors. I cannot say enough about Josh and Jesus making sure everything was done the right way! We are so pleased with our new doors and how they made our home brighter and updated. From start to finish this team did an excellent job. Josh provided a reasonable quote(I received several) and Victor and his team performed an excellent job installing my hardi-plank siding. Josh and Domingo did a great job on our home! We had our siding replaced with hardiplank, painted, and new windows installed. The quoting process was great - Josh came out and walked us through his recommendations with no pressure to sign anything or buy immediately. No upfront cost or deposit required when we signed the contract. They worked the job around our busy travel schedule, and completed the job in about a week (no thanks to the rain). The house looks AMAZING and the cost was very reasonable. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to fix up their home - it was a great experience.

Based on my experience with Best Investments, the company exceeded my expectations in terms of quality and experience. My home was in need of replacement windows, and Mr. Gerald provided information and guidance that enabled me to choose the best replacement window to suit my desire for energy conservation, UV protection and noise reduction. One product feature that was necessary for me was the tilt-in window design that makes cleaning so much easier. In the end I selected a window that fit all of my requirements. The Best Investments installation crew was on time and courteous. Best of all, they cleaned up after themselves each day and removed our old windows and disposed of them-no mess for me! With 20 replacement windows, I am very pleased with the quality of the product and the personalized service that was provided to me. Best Investments gets a 5-star rating from me.

These guys are amazing!My husband and I expect quality work and good customer service when hiring a person, or a company, to do a big job like we had hired Best Investments to do for us.We hired them to replace all of our old siding and wood around the entire house with Hardiplank, followed by painting it all.My husband is a skilled craftsman in his spare time, as well as being an all-around handyman. To hear him express how impressed he was with the skill and “know-how” of the crew that worked on our house, gave me great comfort and trust that we hired the right company for this job.We received several quotes before hiring anyone. Best Investments had reasonable and comparable pricing, along with the bonus that we could just tell that Jerry was very genuine.The crew that works for his company are very nice, respectful guys as well. They worked daily from 8 to 5. They were NEVER late. They always cleaned up any mess that was made every day before they left. Rolling the yard and the driveway for nails, etc... Was thrilled that it didn’t take any longer to complete the job than what we were told in the beginning. The communication from everyone was great throughout the entire job.We really couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We have heard so many horror stories about construction jobs like this going wrong. Jerry Gerald was easy to work with and followed up with us. The installers were diligent workers. They were very good about cleaning up the work area. The windows are beautiful from the inside and out. It's only been a week since the install was completed and we can already tell a difference in how comfortable the inside of our house feels. My review is long over-do. They installed 35 windows for me in 2013, doing an excellent job to complete the full window replacement project on my home. They helped us pick windows what would fit our needs that also looked great. Jump forward 6 yrs and, due to a careless lawn service, we were dealing with a broken window pane. The owner took care of our situation, despite the specific model of window being out of production, matching the glass coatings and frame perfectly to ensure a seamless blend with the others on this wall of windows. You can't imagine the relief at not having a single window pane with a completely different appearance than the other panes surrounding the repair. The replacement took minutes, which they guided me through, as well, as a reminder of how easy it is to use and clean these windows. Thanks for everything Jerry! I really appreciate your professionalism and dedication to customer service!

Contract to do the work was signed on February 18, 2014. I felt that the price was fair, and the job was estimated to be completed in 2-3 weeks. I did like the fact that they did not require any deposit/payment upfront.Four weeks later, I have not heard anything from the company, so I call them. They say that the windows came in but some of them were wrong/damaged. I asked them to come install the good ones first. They came out and only installed two windows. At this time the installers noticed that more of the windows were ordered wrong so they will have to again reorder more windows. If I hadn't have asked them to come out then this would have pushed the job out further. The two windows installed were not even finished. They left large gaps on the sides wide open to the elements and critters. Come to find out later that one of the two windows installed was too small, so they really never even finished one window.I call back two weeks later and they again tell me the new windows were not right. I keep calling back periodically to get updates but its always the same excuse. They keep blaming all the issues on their supplier. They offer me $500 discount for my troubles, so I keep waiting. More time goes buy and the company goes as far as having their supplier (ABC supply) call me to personally apologize. The supplier tells me shipping dates two times, but both times the shipment does not arrive, therefore the windows are never installed.I am finally fed up, so I call the window company one last time on April 26, 2014 to find out why the windows have not been installed liked promised the day before, and I am given the same excuse. I cancel the order at this point. They say that they did not charge me for the two windows they installed (which were not finished, left my house open to the elements for over two months, and did not include screens) and would not charge me. I express my unhappiness and say that I will be writing a review. Then the company says that since I will be writing a review then they will have to come finish the two windows and charge me for them. I agree to this, especially since it left my house open, but AGAIN nobody shows up to finish the work.This has been a complete waste of time for me. The company rarely calls to update; I'm mostly doing all the calling. The work shows inexperience.

The guys at BISW really did an outstanding job on installing double pane windows on our home in NW Houston. Not only to they look great but they really have helped insulate our home much better than the original builder's windows. I highly recommend this crew!

I will give credit to the staff for being friendly and polite, but I was unable to get a quote from this company despite several efforts. My initial appointment was canceled, and the rescheduled appointment was canceled. Finally someone came to my house but the person usually handled warranty issues, was not equipped to give a written quote, and didn't have the materials he needed to assess our problem. I cannot speak to the quality of their work.
