Wonderful experience start to finish! Blake was so patient with all my questions and very knowledgeable about the insurance options. He was competitive with pricing and very professional. Eric and Lorenzo managed the work efficiently and professionally. The yard looked like WWII during the process but once cleanup was finished you couldn’t even tell they had been there. Not a single bush or flower was killed. After speaking with several companies, I would highly recommend Remedy Roofing!!!

He took time to show me everything that would be done once I picked out the 5 ply shingles for my home. It was a timely job. The installers were right on time and worked diligently throughout the day. My roof was finished on the same day, is beautiful and the best looking roof on my area of the subdivision. They sent a crew that totally messed up my flat roof, and caused a very large lot of leakage where I had a small area of a previous leak. Tried to make various excuses from the corporate office and refused to address the fact I have had A LOT of moisture sitting there for over a month and wanted a certified mold remediation company to fix that first, NO they are replacing drywall and insulation now via general contractor and trying to do it as cheaply as possible!! This review has nothing to do with local sales rep and manager, THEY wanted to do the right thing but were not allowed to (per corporate). I am in SW Florida (Lehigh Acres) and I have a flat split roof which they tell me is hard but then I guess they shouldn't be selling flat roofs if they aren't going to take full responsibility and fix the damage caused by them! After the third repair on the original install, hopefully it is done right. Called in Steven who seems to know his stuff, he redid the bad area the last time. People from corporate office in Texas.....(Laura Foster and Isaac whom was sent to my house personally, to show me pictures of the small area of previous water damage they are using to say its not their fault, 👎 this all started on January 25th. Had the first big leak AFTER that the first week in February, which was supposedly fixed, then resealed again, 2nd leak with water running down the wall inside AGAIN smaller but still leaking March 6th. All while waiting for them to repair the damage done! I have held off on any public review waiting for them to do the right thing. YESTERDAY I was told if I wanted proper mold removal I would have to pay out of my pocket.......... that's not the right thing, in my opinion. I would not recommend them for flat roof especially! Nothing but trouble since it started. Hoping it's truly not going to leak any more since now it would take a while to show up again! They did replace drywall where it was damaged but there was a lot of moldy insulation and such they tried to replace with subpar crap. Sprayed everything with bleach and let it "dry" for 1 day. Not convinced that will be adequate. We will see. Not a satisfactory experience!!

From start to finish, just perfect! Assessment and solution was quick and efficient as was the high quality work done. It took 5 days to get all the paperwork completed and permits alligned and the new roof was finished in one day. Unbelievably fantastic. Dishonest, trespassing vultures. After the major hail storm and tornado in Bellville the other week, Remedy Roofing has come soaring into town like all the other non-local roofing vultures. I did not contact them, but I guess because my rent house is vacant, they think they can place their sign in my yard as if they were hired to do my roof. I threw the 1st sign away. Only to come back by and notice that they placed another one in my yard.

I was planning on having this company come by and inspect my roof. They put up a new roof on my neighbor’s house and it looked like good quality. Until the next day I saw that they left scraps and nails in my yard where my kids play. I tried calling but got put on hold. I won’t be using this company and will be writing a letter to my HOA (Cinco Ranch) as they have to approve this kind of work on properties. They should be aware of the problems with this company and how it impacts others in the neighborhood. Looking at the other reviews, it appears this is a pattern with them. Here are photos of some of the debris left behind in my yard.

I hired Remedy Roofing to replace my siding and roof and repaint the exterior of the home. The siding project got off to a bit of a rough start, but the project manager, Matthew Brewster, was extremely responsive and took the time to address my concerns and got the project back on track. It was clear he was committed to providing high quality service to their clients. The crew that completed the siding (led by Jorge) took their time to get it right and was very quick to correct anything that was not to my satisfaction (i.e. location of a new light, trim material, etc.). They also took care of some water damage that was discovered when the old siding was replaced. I was very pleased with the siding installation and the paint job made it look even better. The paint work was as close to perfect as I could hope. The roof portion of the project was the most impressive because they had my old roof off and new roof completed within 9 hours! 15 squares done impeccably in 9 hours is a sign of an experienced crew who knows what they are doing (led by Henry Gomez). In the span of two weeks they took my house from run-down to looking like a brand new home. Remedy Roofing is not the cheapest contractor, but also not the most expensive. If you are looking for value for the money, they are a solid choice. They don't lose any stars for the rough patch at the beginning because most construction projects have snags and occasional miscommunications/misunderstandings and Matthew Brewster made sure everything was right and I was happy with their work. Their contracts for work that isn't roofing could stand to be a bit more detailed, so make sure you write things down and stay in communication with them about your needs and the project scope. I got used to quick texts or emails on a regular basis and it helped the project go much smoother. The bottom line is I would certainly recommend Remedy Roofing for your roofing and similar project needs.

I through they were professional but they proved me wrong. They were raising invoices with incorrect amount every time. I finally made them correct it. I asked them for the final invoice with a list of completed work. They are yet to produce it. They have not even done the walkthrough with me to show the completed work. They failed to clean up after work and left so much debris in my yard.
