From start to finish Brian and his crew have always been professional, clean, thorough, and honest. We had a hail storm come through and damage the roof and other parts of the house. I have agreed that Texan Roofing provides quality works, competitive prices and great customer services from the experiences that I had with Tim about 10 years ago for the whole roof replacement and with David in 2022 for the roof repair / maintenance. What is really impressed me about this company is the owner and crews are HONEST. Tim sent me a text message about three days ago and asked if I would like to have free roof inspection for possible damages caused by hail/wind from last Friday storm. I accepted the offer because it really had hail happened in my neighborhood, and I was prepared for possible expenses could be for repairing. However, according to Adrian who did the roof inspection, the hail didn’t do significant damages and everything else looks good. The report from Adrian really surprised me; it meant that no cost or any repair work needed to be done. I mentioned it to my friend, the first sentence from her response is “They are so honest.”, and that’s what I felt too.Texan Roofing is recommended.

From the time we called and spoke with Josh until the job was completed, we were very pleased! Josh and his crew are attentive to every detail, crew was on time, finished on time, and cleanup was phenomenal! We have also experienced their customer service after initial work was completed and again Josh, Tim, and their crew came thru again. We called Texan Roofing to come out and give us a quote to re-roof our 2 story house. Received the quote same day. We had a few questions and they were quickly answered by Adrian and we decided to sign the estimate to start work. Once we signed we were put on the schedule for the next available day for materials to be dropped off. Materials were dropped on site on time. Roofing crew arrived the next day as planned on time, if not early and began working. Great work done by the Crew, Adrian was here as well. Any questions or issues were quickly handled. Crew did a great job keeping up with everything that was removed and disposed of. At the end of the day they crew did a final sweep of any nails/ shingles that were picked up. Very professional work. Crew did a great job as well. We had to replace a few extra pieces of plywood and were charged additional for that, to which we were already prepared for due to age of previous roof age. Adrian explained everything that was happening if we had questions. Over the next few days to a week we looked for miscellaneous nails and found a few as to be expected. One of our rain gutter spouts came off and Adrian came out at not cost and repaired it. We will highly recommend Texan Roofing to anyone in the future. Great company, Great price, Great Crew, Fantastic work!

Texan Roofing and their owner Tim Kana are the most professional and honest roofing company I have ever worked with. I’ve had them handle all the roofing needs for all of my extended family members and they are always great to work with. We recently had our roof replaced by Tim/Texan Roofing. We solicited 4 bids from roofing companies that were highly recommended. We chose Tim/Texan Roofing because they sat down with us, explained in detail what was in the quote and why, the materials that would be used and warranty options. Tim then walked the perimeter of the house with us and asks us how we wanted the drip edge to look (size/color), roof vents, flashing, etc. He then explained exactly what the process would be, when they would start and how long it would take (including when the materials would arrive). They were polite, pleasant, professional and did exactly what they promised. They started on time, finished on time, cleaned up after the job (we have a pool and they hired a pool company to clean it) and did a fantastic job. Additionally, they found wood rot in the decking which they replaced at no charge. BTW, their quote was the the most competitive of all 4 as well. Candidly, if you need a new roof and you don't chose Tim/Texan Roofing, you are making a mistake. My wife is a realtor and will be recommending Tim/Texan Roofing to all her clients. I don't take the time to write reviews about anything, but our experience with Josh and Texan Roofing was way beyond expectation. Compared with other companies, reviews, and bbb, it's always a risk when you're new to the area and don't have much to go on.Recently, we had a roof leak go through our ceiling that wasn't obvious to detect. Out of the other roofing companies that came and checked, Josh was the most thorough, from crawling in the attic to climbing on the roof to do a water test to confirm the problem. They also did the roof during this record heat and did a great job. They also did a great job of picking up the nails as I didn’t find a single nail in the road, driveway or lawn and landscaping. I got roof replacement bids from three companies. Brian Carpenter called me back and explained in detail the products and services provided by Texan Roofing. He did an excellent job. When I asked on Wednesday at about 6pm if he would be able to install my roof on Friday (in two days), he made a couple of phone calls and confirmed that night that they could do it! The roof install went perfectly, they left my yard, pool, sidewalk, driveway, everything cleaner than when they came! They even cleaned out my rain gutters. The roof looks beautiful and best of all, it doesn't leak anymore. His team was incredible to watch, they all worked together and knew their jobs very well. Tim/Texan Roofing is an absolute champ. We've had multiple roofers, plumbers, and leak detection services out to our house to try to find the source of a mystery leak that was creating very slight water damage. This leak was a major source of anxiety for months.One roofer said the whole roof was horrible and needed to be replaced immediately. Another told us our roof was too steep and he could only inspect it by drone.Tim was honest when he came out, said our roof looked pretty good and definitely did not need to be fully replaced. He couldn't figure out where the leak was coming from but could only guess and did a small touch up to the roof.A few months later, we had some water actually dripping onto the floor after a big rainstorm and Tim came out within hours to inspect the roof before the next set of storms was due to hit. I called Texan Roofing to get an inspection done on my roof due to missing shingles and a leak. My roof is less than 5 years old and believe it or not some other companies wanted me to replace the whole roof.Tim, the owner, came out the next day, gave me a fair estimate, and explained what needed to be done to fix the leak and replace the missing shingles.
