We chose Legacy 3D Roofing & Construction to get our roof replaced, and we could not be any happier. From initial meeting for inspection/estimate to the very end where everything was finished went flawlessly. And the end result is a gorgeous looking house. Everything feels so fresh and clean... we love our new house!The crew was punctual and hard working, and the craftsmanship, quality of materials, care put into each step were stellar. Richard Ford from Legacy 3D oversaw the whole project, and he is made for this job---his punctuality, patience, expertise, responsiveness and work ethic were incredible... it is rare to encounter such professionalism in the roofing business. We esp appreciated the ease of communication and frequent updates throughout the project by Richard Ford.We would recommend this company for roofing and more (they did other repair work too related to hail damage such as siding, garage indoor and out, windows, doors, screens, etc. and all look spectacular) over any other roofing companies in the DFW. Our house now looks prettier and nicer than it did when built 20 years ago. Thank you Legacy 3D, crew and Richard for doing such a magnificent job and for making the process much easier than we had ever anticipated. We actually enjoyed the whole process... and who can say that really about doing major home repairs, right?

I went out for quote twice for a roof replacement, which involved an insurance settlement from hail damage that occurred last year. Probably 6 to 8 estimates total. I was not aware of the Texas insurance law the first time, although many of the estimates were higher than the settlement anyway, so that's why there were two rounds. I included Home Advisor in the second round of estimate requests, and only three companies (total) actually went through the effort to come out and do an on site inspection, most of which included drones.I chose Legacy 3D Roofing after Richard came by to check out the issues that I told him about by phone, because he offered suggestions on ways to improve the air flow (removing the turtle vents, and installing ridge vents), and how to avoid the water damage problem areas. The main problem area was due to the upper roof dumping water on the lower roof, which then caused wood rot on the sides of the inlet of the lower roof. Water seal and flashing was added to seal the lower roof, and an extra gutter was added to stop the water from dumping into the inlet. Legacy was the only company that made these suggestions, and was also the only one that came onsite, and seemed more interested in resolving the roofing problem than seeing how much more they could get from the insurance company.There was only one water damage area noted in the insurance estimate (where the plywood would need to be replaced due to damaged shingles), but Legacy found 4 while they were doing the install. Richard sent photos of the install progress, including before and after shots of the wood replacement in the water damage areas, and drone shots of the overall job, which were very helpful in knowing that the repairs were being done right. The roof replacement was done in one day, and the clean up was thorough, which included Richard retrieving some debris that went into the neighbors yard. The new roof is architectural shingles (which is an upgrade from the 3 tab that was on the original roof), and looks excellent! There are ridge vents on three caps, the rubber pipe boots were replaced with metal ones, and the pipes were painted to match the roof color.Overall, an excellent job by Legacy 3D Roofing!! Used Legacy 3d Roofing for our roof and hail claim. They walked us through the entire process, as this was our first time dealing with a hail claim. Richard Ford was our Sales Rep and was excellent to work with. The process was seamless and everything went smoothly. Hopefully I don’t need a new roof anytime soon but if so, I will call them again.

I reached out to Caden Trice the day we had severe storms in the area. He came out the very next day and inspected our roof finding wind and hail damage. I received his report the very same day and sent it in to my insurance. Caden then came out and met with the insurance adjuster and set everything thing up for my roof replacement. The installers came out on time and replaced my roof. Both Caden and the project manager were on site and the process couldn’t have been smoother. The installers were amazing and left everything in better condition than before coming out.
