Prior to connecting with Alex, we had encountered several other roofing companies that attempted to nickel and dime us. Initially, we were quoted for multiple layers on our roof, with additional costs for hauling away, which could amount to an extra $1500 - 2500 due to insurance limitations. Another company even had the audacity to suggest we didn't need a new roof while the insurance adjuster was present. However, our experience with Travelers insurance was excellent.After a frustrating series of encounters, I'd honestly given up. When Alex knocked on our door, his confidence and expertise immediately stood out. I told him he was welcome to inspect it, but I wanted to be as hands-off as possible. He inspected the roof and took the reigns from there. Despite previous claim denials due to our roof's condition and the surrounding trees, Alex and Priority Roofing were undeterred. Their knowledge of sun exposure and shade effects on roofs, coupled with Alex's convincing presentation of the roof's actual age, swayed the adjuster in our favor. The recommendation of a "brittleness test" proved pivotal in securing approval for both our main roof and shed.Throughout the entire process, Alex was a constant presence, guiding us every step of the way. His initial inspection uncovered a hole, for which he provided a waterproof covering that far surpassed the typical tarp solution. He maintained open communication, making himself readily available for any questions or concerns.When it came time to discuss the claim details, Alex's transparency was refreshing. Unlike other roofers, Priority Roofing offered a straightforward pricing structure, eliminating any surprises. Alex even went the extra mile, bringing shingle samples directly to our home, ensuring a seamless decision-making process.The installation process was equally impressive. The roofers arrived promptly, completing the job within the day, and Alex personally facilitated the collection of insurance checks, streamlining the reimbursement process.One standout feature of Priority Roofing is their extended warranty, a stark contrast to the one to five-year warranties offered by other companies. With Priority Roofing, we received a reassuring 10-year warranty, further demonstrating their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.Alex's dedication didn't end with the installation. He conducted a thorough post-installation inspection, uncovering and rectifying additional issues, including loose nails.Overall, I cannot recommend Alex and Priority Roofing highly enough. Robert went above and beyond getting the approvals needed with my insurance company. The team worked efficiently and did not leave a mess. They did good, quality work. I have solar panels as well and he coordinated with the solar company for a seamless removal and reinstall of my panels. Kyle is awesome. A hail storm blew through, and we needed to get it checked out since we’re under contract to sell our home. He came out first thing on a weekend morning, checked it out, and assured us everything looked great. He took plenty of pictures and wrote up a full report. Usually people get taken advantage of by unethical roofers after bad storms, so to find an honest and transparent one was such a relief. You’d be hard pressed to find someone better

Great communicator. Very informative throughout the process of work being completed. We had to have the roof completed in a very short timeframe due to time constraints. Robert McAdams came thru on the entire process and finished ahead of the scheduled completion time. Quality of work was superb by roofers.
