Very pleased with Tipton Windstorm and Construction! New house paint, roof and gutters. The paint crew did an especially good job, very detailed, no paint where it wasn’t supposed to be, a result of good prep and attention to detail. After the roof went on, there were a few items that we thought needed to be reworked (we didn’t like the style of a new vent and the water heater vent was a bit askew). Wes had the team out to take care of it with no questions asked. Color me impressed! Tipton Windstorm is spot on the right choice. We got our home pressure washed, painted, new roof, and new gutters. As you can imagine, that’s quite a few different contractors at our house and they did great and some of it while we were on vacation! There were a couple yard knickknacks that got damaged and Wes brought my wife a Home Depot gift card to make it right. Then there were a few touch ups and close out items, all handled properly, no questions asked, with a smile. The last day I noticed my outdoor kitchen had a small tile missing from when painters were painting. Wes contracted a tile company and matched it! This was an amazing experience. I had many roofing contractors ring my doorbell after a hailstorm damaged many roofs in my neighborhood and did not feel comfortable about any of them until I met Wes from Tipton Windstorm. I felt as though he was being honest with me. I was denied insurance payment for our damage, and I did nothing for several months. Over this time I had a few conversations with Wes and he recommended the at I contact a lawyer that specializes in insurance denials. I followed his advice and was able to sue TWIA for a settlement that helped me get a new roof. During this time, a few neighbors HIGHLY RECOMMENDED Wes Tipton and Tipton Windstorm. Because of the recommendations and that I felt like he was an honest LOCAL roofer (We had roofers from out-of-state raising our neighborhood looking for customers). I used him. I am very happy with the work they performed, I followed his advice on some colors for tile and new gutters etc. He also cleaned up a few messes that other workers had created over time. We are very glad we used Tipton Windstorm…as you should!

Wes was very helpful and responsive during the whole process. Worked with me with calls to my insurance company, which was very helpful for me! Worked with me on giving me the best pricing. No delays, which was great! Upon installation, they saw I had chimney trim that was rotting and Wes gave me a fair price to have it replaced and painted. There were a few hiccups that happened during roof installation but Wes sent someone out the next day to take care of it. The guy he sent, did the repair work to the chimney and fixed the issues the roof contractors had made. (Side note to Wes: you should keep this guy working for you because he did a good job and made sure I inspected the work before leaving).I know there is always a risk of issues (big or small) coming up. The important thing here is, if occasional issues arise, you want a company that will do what they can to address and fix the issues in a timely manner. The first thing I can say about Wes is, he was honest. After a storm there a numerous parasites crawling through your neighborhood, and Wes was one of the few honest contractors. He not only fixed my roof, but found and repaired damage to my windows and my AC system. At the time I was very busy at work so I didn't have alot of time to watch the repairs. Wes did a great job and was never farther than a phone call away.Fast forward three years when we went through the Tornado that hit Houston/Pasadena/Deer Park. We just finished a roofing claim after damage from a recent hail storm. Wes Tipton was professional, on time, paid attention to the details of both the work quality and the insurance claim, and always responded quickly when we contacted him. He handled the vast majority of the insurance claim and made it very easy for us to get the repairs we needed. I think I spent a total of about 20 minutes on the phone with the insurance company, Wes did everything else.We chose Tipton Windstorm because he was able to coordinate a few other things we wanted done in addition to the roofing claim. He gave us some nice upgrades beyond the standard package and we really feel that we got value for our money.This was more than just a roofing job - he also contracted siding repair, new gutters, minor window repairs, and exterior power washing and painting of our house. All of his contracted workers were professional and on time. The exterior of our house looks better than it has in a very long time!Additionally, I very much appreciated that he was truthful with us. Some of the other roofers basically told us how we could try to deceive the insurance company about some things to get more money. Which raised some red flags to me - if they're willing to lie to insurance, then they'd be willing to lie to me also. Got it done way ahead of schedule which was important because it was not likely to sell until the roof was replaced.The work was excellent and Wes was reasonable and very easy to work with. I give Tipton Windstorm more than 5 stars!! Wes does a great job negotiating with your insurance company to ensure you receive all you deserve from your claim. Not only was my roof done and it looks awesome, but he served as my contractor for other damage incurred from Harvey. He made sure the adjustor addressed everything on the list, and in the end I was able to fix all the issues. He stayed on top of everything making sure all was done in a timely manner. West Tipton took his time explaining every aspect of the contract and what is required to get the best deal for my roof. & let me tell West Tipton didn’t just talk to us through the phone but he took his time to talk us in person , which is a long drive to our house about an hour or two. I’m super pleased with my roof!!! I WILL RECOMMEND!! Take your time and give them a talk, you won’t be disappointed!!!

Mr. Tipton was very helpful and answered all of our questions. All the rotten wood was replaced at no charge at all. The new roof looks awesome and we love the upgrades done. The employees that installed the roof were fast and very professional, from tearing the old roof to driving out with the trash took only a day and a half. I would recommend this roofing company 100%.
