Thief!!!! I hired Wade Construction as a sub. After I paid the deposit we scheduled a day for the work to be completed. They canceled the day of and said they were backed up. Which I understand, it happens. I spent the next week trying to find out when they would do the work. Finally we scheduled a day to do it. I called the day before and was told they couldn’t do the work the next day and “didn’t know when they would be able to.” By this time, the homeowner was angry and hired someone else on his own for this portion of work. Again, all of this is understandable. The problem really started when I asked for my money back. I was promised my money back many times, given many excuses, finally got 1/3 of it back and now the owner refuses to respond. I warned him what my next steps were. Gave him multiple deadlines and now I am taking actions. This company apparently likes to discredit any negative comments so I have plenty of pictures as proof with the owner that I plan to share. See you in court!

First of all we don't recommend this contractor to anyone! We had hail damage and needed a new roof. A sub-contractor came to our house and made an estimate, then we gave authorization to Wade Construction and roofing llc to help us with the claim, talk to the insurance and get the roof done. We have paid Christian Wade 5848.99 dollars . The money was sent thru zelle. After that, he has changed 6 times the date for our roof to be replaced. We got tired of his constant lies and decided cancel the business with him. Right now its been 3 times he said he will return our money but nothing has happened. This person is extremely unprofessional and we feel scammed.This is not a money problem. You have told us 6 times you were coming and you never showed up. How can we trust you and send you more money sr.??Now you want to sound comprehensive and helpful when saying we can't afford a deductible. Yes, you tried to intimidate my husband telling him that too, maybe because we are hispanic?? I don't know, could that be a reason?? Let me tell you we know what we are doing, we have the same rights in this country that you have, and you have absolutely no right on keeping that money. In fact we have not talked to you about deductible at all, we don't even know you in person Sr. We need our roof to be replaced, and it hasn't being done but I wonder how many roofs have you replaced following all the appropriate laws. Interesting right . You have not refunded anything to the insurance ,and the insurance( who work for us and we pay) told us the money has to be sent back to us. Overall extremely bad experience and you will be held accountable for all of your lies at the appropriate levels. We are ok, we have every proof you could think of.September 12, 2023.As an update he hasn't refunded our money yet.

Thought I had hail damage during last storm. Wade scheduled someone to come out next day and he not only showed up but was on time! They informed me I was ok from hail damage and recommended roof tune up.. Took rusted nails out, replaced and painted. This will help me now that it's hurricane season! Jose was very polite and quick on his job. Thank you wade and team, I feel more secure now!

Wade Construction did an awesome job replacing my entire roof and a variety of other damaged components. The quality of work and level of professionalism exceeded expectations. The estimate was quick and was the best value for the amount of work necessary. My residence was scheduled within a week to begin. The whole job was completed in one day. The entire crew was respectful of the property and pets. The clean-up was absolutely impeccable, not one piece of building material to be found left behind. I can't thank Christian & his team enough for my beautiful new beautiful roof. My roof was leaking for almost three years & I wasn't able to fix it right away. I highly recommend Wade Construction! Christian was very professional and knowledgeable! He helped us work with our insurance company to have a new roof installed after a recent hail storm. He was here with the adjuster and caught things the adjuster missed and took pictures of everything! The crew was also very professional and fast! Our roof was done in one day! Christian was on the job the entire time except to make a run for extra material.

We researched roofers in the League City and Dickinson area thoroughly and by far Christian Wade not only met all of the certification criteria we sought, he was also the most knowledgeable, personable, and diligent contractor that we requested quotes from. He was not the cheapest or least expensive but definitely the best value with all of the services and materials he offered. I would definitely recommend Wade construction if you are wanting quality work.

Wade had put roofs on two other houses in my neighborhood and I liked the looks of the roofs. The look of the finished products seemed to be a better quality than other roofs I had observedon other houses.Had him do my roof and it turned out great, talked with him numerous times about small details I wanted covered and he was more than happy to accommodate my requests. The quality of the shingles and workmanship is better than other roofers I talked with.He was available to talk when I wanted and had solutions for every problem I wanted to discuss, in fact, the solutions seemed better than other contractors.I was not disappointed in any way and would use him again.

I've never had roof work done before as I've only had one home for just a few years, so I was a little clueless about how to get this done. A friend recommended Christian Wade so I gave him a call. Wade was great and took lead right away, which was a relief for me.His guys came over and did an excellent job in a very short amount of time. I had never really payed much attention to roofs (I mean, like, does anyone really?), but it seriously looked so nice that I couldn't help looking around at my neighbors' roofs and comparing them.It's not just high quality, either. The material he used has this really nice pattern which makes the house stand out. I'm looking to sell soon, so this is obviously a huge bonus for me.They photo documented the whole process, so I'll post some of the before/after pictures they gave me.

I originally contacted them because I help run a commercial property and we needed roofs repaired per TWIA (but they would not be paying for them). In total, we needed 10 roofs replaced, 9 townhomes and 1 pool house. From my very first conversation with Christian he was extremely professional and came out to give us a bid on the project. While we were walking through the property, Christian explained exactly what they would do when replacing the roofs and gave us several free upgrades like ice and water shield. Christian went above and beyond to help us get these roofs financed and started quickly so we wouldn't have to worry about our windstorm coverage. Christian was on site pretty much the whole project, more than any other contractor I've worked with, and was awesome about communication the entire time. I will be recommending them to all of my friends and family and will absolutely call them for my next roofs. However, given the quality of their roofs, I certainly won't have to call anytime soon.

Responsive to my requests The day after my initial call, Mr Wade came out to the house and did a thorough inspection, including going up on the roof. He then discussed options. He explained each step and how different choices affect quality and cost. He answered questions in a way I understood the pros and cons of each. He made sure I understood the process and my choices clearly. He sent an estimate within a day. The estimate was far less than the other 2 estimates I received from other companies. The crew was outstanding. They did careful work with close attention to detail, clear communication and consideration to my family. Work was completed rapidly, professionally, at the amount estimated and on schedule. The roof looks great!

The poor review Justin Easley provided is not accurate and on a home he does not even own. I am the homeowner of the house he is referring to and I paid for Wade Construction to reshingle MY roof. They are the "potential" buyers who have not bought this home yet. Christian has been in contact with me throughout the whole process, has sent me over 300 pictures detailing each step from beginning to end. He has been extremely professional and I feel he did a fantastic job. Our home is in a very nice neighborhood and we wanted a legit contractor to work on it, especially since we were having to pay such a huge out of pocket expense. Christian Wade is licensed, bonded, and insured and has a great track record. I would use him again if I ever had the need.

Christian Wade lied to my client and stole his $2630. He has continued to lie to my client in regards to paying the money back. He never started the job and is now threatening to sue my client for our social media reviews. Do not use Wade construction and roofing as you may forever regret doing so.Service: Roof installation

Christian was always prompt in returning my calls, and his estimate was very competitive. He gave us a large selection of colors to choose from for the roof, then showed up early on the morning of the installation wasting no time in getting things underway. He provided a WPI-8 windstorm certificate and a transferable warranty too. Best of all, the job itself was well done and turned out great!

Christian was very thorough explaining what was going on with my claim while it was going on. This was my first home and having never dealt with having a claim it was comforting that he made sure I understood certain features of my insurance and walked me through the process. It's been appx 1 1/2 years and I greatly appreciate the messages about hail or heavy rains/winds expected and he still checks in to see how the roof is after storms.

During Hurricane Harvey we experienced significant roof damage and interior damage as a result of a leaking roof. I contacted Christian, who I have known for many years. His guys came out once there was a lull in the storm and tarped all of the troubled areas. After negotiations with our insurance company, Christian and his crew replaced our roof. (Certainteed max def moray black). Our roof is gorgeous. We couldn't have asked for a better contractor and will certainly utilize Christian for any further roofing needs.

Christian explained what materials would be used and why, was very transparent and answered all my questions and concerns. The crew arrived on time and finished the job in one day. The area around the home was protected while work was being done, no trash or debris was on the neighbor's property and the cleaned up leaving the home and yard better than when they arrived. I would have no hesitation recommending them to anyone.
