Took my 2016 f150 5.0 to their shop with a CEL and very bad stumbling at idle. I didn't take long to get issue diagnosed and have the repair done. Super nice folks there from the secretary to the parts/service guys. Was much better price than I expected so I highly recommend this dealer for any service needed.

If I could give zero stars in regards to the parts department I would. horrible service. very unprofessional. Be better. Don't order parts, they will never call you and tell you its there. Then when you call asking about it they get butt hurt and reply rudely like you are bothering them.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Kurk Watkins at the car service department. He displayed a complete lack of professionalism, was unhelpful, and seemed disinterested in providing good customer service. It was clear that he had limited knowledge of the parts or the services they offer, making the entire process frustrating and time-consuming. I would strongly advise avoiding his assistance and Kermit Motor Co. at all costs.

Let me start by saying that I now see why, when every other dealer in the area has a wait time of at least 10+ weeks for diesel service, Kermit can get you right in. It's because people would rather wait months for service than bring their vehicle here.I brought my truck in for an A/C issue, a particulate sensor, and an airbag light that just came on. I dropped the truck off on a Monday morning and caught a ride to Odessa to rent a car for transportation. After hearing nothing from them, I called them on Wednesday morning to check the status of my truck and see if I needed to extend my rental. They went to ask the "tech" and came back saying that I had inadvertently left a firearm in the vehicle, and after seeing it the tech was so terrified, that he felt he had no other option than to park the truck on the street and forget it existed. Not wanting to pay $450 in rental fees for nothing, I drove to Kermit, retrieved the item from my vehicle, and told them that it was now "safe" to work around. They later informed me (only after ME calling them again to be sure they were working on it) that the tech apparently still did not feel safe enough to work on my vehicle, and they would not be servicing it.Let me take a break right here to re-iterate that at no point was I notified of this development, and I was left blindly paying for a rental car during this time. The man who answered the phones at the service desk, also had no clue of this development. He was obviously too afraid of this cursed object to even speak of it.My hope is that the tech just did not feel confident enough in his abilities to fix my vehicle, and found a reason to refuse service in an effort to hide his incompetence, however, regardless of whether that should be true or if he should be taken at face value, neither option should leave you wanting to have your vehicle serviced here. Either the diesel tech is completely incompetent, or he is so mentally unstable the sight of an inanimate object will leave him unable to fulfill his duties as a tech, even after the removal of said object.

Had some work done on my pickup and they got me in and out in 2 days when the dealerships in Odessa wanted to keep it a month. Very competitive prices as well. Kirk and Don in service/parts will do what it takes to get you taken care of. Highly recommend. I only gave it 4 stars because no matter how good you are, there's always room for improvement.

I see a lot of bad reviews but i had radiator and belt that needed to be replaced on a Friday and they were able to get it done by end of the day. Price was a bit higher than expected but no one else could have got my parts delivered same day and completed repair. My experience was a great one and appreciate the effort they put in to have my truck ready

Very professionalstaff. Determined within two hours what were the problems with my truck, ordered repairs and 3 days later I was on the road. All other repair facilities were looking at up to 60 days for repairs. Highly recommended for a Ford dealership!

If you drive a service truck don't bring your truck here for repairs. These guys don't have a secure yard so if you don't want your tools stolen take your truck elsewhere. Twice I've brought my truck here for repairs first time I had some stuff stolen out of the bed. Second time around someone cut the padlocks off of my tool boxes but thankfully I triple lock them and they didn't get in so be warned.

The absolute WORST experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. When your vehicles check engine light comes on and tells you to contact a dealer, don’t bother with this one. Refused to run a diagnostic check and sell me the part I need. Service counter attendant told me “Take it to an auto parts store, and I don’t care where you buy the part, we don’t need the business of selling parts”. I told him I’d be paying him for the diagnostics, he did not care.Would be ZERO stars if that was an option.

Kermit Motor Company is in a league of its own when it comes to Ford dealerships. They specialize in crummy attitude, poor customer service and complete lack of mechanical ability. If you notice there are 1 star reviews with detail, they are followed by a bunch of 5 star ratings with no details, that's highly suspicious. Believe me, they are still a half-star operation. Our truck had to be towed to Kermit after throwing a code and check engine light followed by going into limp mode. The service advisor claimed they cleared the codes and flashed the computer, did a manual regeneration and that they "blew off" the air filter. After picking it up, it's pretty clear they just flashed the computer and you can tell by the fact that the tank had the same amount of diesel in it as before and there were zero fingerprints in the external dust on the filter housing (driving in the desert leaves fine dust so it's hard to fib on this). Said filter was a brand new aftermarket filter so it's apparent they didn't even crack the hood. We had to rent a Uhaul while waiting for them to fix our truck because it was a holiday weekend. If you need service, skip this place and head on over around the block to the next mechanic, you'll notice them by all the business they have.

The absolute worst service department we have ever dealt with. Kirk in service is very rude. We would NEVER recommend this dealership for service. We have contacted Ford Customer Service about the terrible service we experienced when our truck broke down and was towed to this dealership for repairs. They had our truck for over a month "waiting on parts". We were charged above what we were told the repairs would cost-charged $54 for diesel and only had 1/4 tank of fuel! That's some expensive diesel. AGAIN---do whatever you have to do but DO NOT use Kermit Motor CO for vehicle repairs. It wouldn't let me post until I gave at least one star-but it should have been no stars.

Girl who answers the phone starts things off terrible. Very short and blunt/almost rude. Service guy was the same way. Maybe someone needs to lighten up their day. Oh wait... They work in customer service. They're supposed to lighten our day! Won't even attempt to go here anymore.

Worst experience ever. Drop truck off for one problem pick it up with several others. Not to mention their “certified mechanic” can’t diagnose check engine light.Here i am 2 days later broke down with same problem i payed $1,600 to get fixed.

Shop employees are awful and rude. Shouldn’t assume customers know where everything is and know where to park when bringing in a vehicle to get worked on, so when a customer asks where to go or what to do there’s no need for the shop guys to be unprofessional and rude.
