Hire this company!!! Nick Smith was excellent; he gave us a ton of options and offered an incredibly competitive offer for our roof! Everything was great, from the office, to the roofer guys themselves. They were all very professional and courteous. My wife and I were most impressed that they actually hand nail the roof, ensuring attention to detail. Marcus came out before and after the job was complete, to make sure it met our expectations and make sure that everything was perfect. after pointing out an issue with regards to some damage to our gutter; he offered not only to repair it, but to upgrade it to a seamless gutter for free. We really can’t say a single negative thing about them, they were quick, efficient , and incredibly accommodating. These guys are who you definitely want to hire if you need your roof done!

Ernie Smith and Sons Roofing was very professional and friendly through the whole process of replacing our roof. Matthew Smith was very knowledgeable and courteous from the moment we met him. Marcus, the project manager for the roofing crew that arrived this morning was very friendly and professional. The crew was great and finished the job in about six hours. Fantastic company to work with when I needed a roof replacement. My service consultant, Zachary Holm was instrumental in convincing the insurance company to replace the entire roof. At one point, even one of the owners was on my roof performing an inspection. The repair crew, led by Marcus Perez were professional, thorough, fast, and great to have replacing my roof. Aharon and his crew did a fabulous job on the roof. We have no issues with the final product.We had some issues with communication, including our salesperson stating we never paid our deductible, even though we had our receipt, claiming the lack of deductible was the issue with moving forward with the project.We began working with them in May and just now (mid September) closed out the work. I had to reach out to inquire how to receive our final invoice after the work was complete. The team didn’t reach out while waiting for work to finish over the last 2.5 months. I was disappointed in the lack of communication and overall knowledge of the project. There were discrepancies in the work completed verses the work charged on the supplement. Our insurance company didn’t receive completed photos of portions of the project completed, come to find out even though it was on the supplement, it was never done because it wasn’t needed.After reaching out on how to close our project, I spoke with a member of the team at the main office. They were very helpful and understanding of my concerns.Overall, we’re happy with our roof, but less than happy with our experience with the Killeen team.
