Scott with All Weather Restoration was Awesome! He was quick to respond to our questions and helped us decide how to proceed quickly since we were having issues with insurance companies quoting due to the age of our roof.The crew arrived and then Scott was here to assure us everything was ready to go. The crew leader, David, was great and assured us things would be taken care of. We were VERY impressed with the cleanup done by the crew. All Weather Restoration did a fantastic job getting us a new roof and gutters after a hailstorm moved through the area. Scott evaluated our roof and let us know the likelihood of our insurance covering the damages prior to us contacting our insurance company.Scott personally worked with our insurance adjuster reviewing and identifying the damage areas , Scott literally did all the work for us! Once insurance approved the repairs, Scott was able to get us upgraded shingles that would give us an additional discount on our premiums.The whole process was very easy, Scott accommodated our schedules for selecting colors and styles of shingles and gutters, as well as scheduling all work to be done around my wife and I’s schedules, top notch service all the way around.The crews that did the work were courteous, friendly and thorough about cleaning up after the work was completed. Doing business with All Weather Restoration was like collaborating with a good friend and neighbor!

Jay at All Weather Restoration and Roofing walked me through every step of the process. When it was determined the roof was damaged by wind and hail, Jay helped me through the insurance claim. When the insurance company came out to inspect the roof, Jay was there to meet them. We had some damage to our roof from an ice storm. Scott came out while our insurance adjuster was there and pointed out things they missed and got the roof covered. Within just a couple weeks after insurance sent the check the new roof was completed. You can really tell they take pride in their work done. They only use the best materials and just looking at the end result you can see the quality. They make sure you are kept in the loop and updates through the whole process. Cannot say enough good things. I recently had the unfortunate experience of a storm hitting on the very day my roof was being replaced. Many sections of my interior drywall were soaked. However, AWR handled the situation with professionalism and care.Not only did they replace all the damaged drywall, but they also changed my wet insulation and went above and beyond to ensure that my house was better than before the incident. They offered us a few nights on a rental home close to our house while they repainted and fixed various rooms on the house. Their dedication to customer satisfaction was evident.Jey (owner) was able to turn a stressful situation into a positive experience.

I called them up to see if they could provide me a quote for my new roof and Andrew came out and took care of everything from start to finish. I was impressed with the responsiveness. My initial contact person was Tara who left a company door hanger alerting me of roof damage. She remained friendly, professional, and helpful every step. Tara took time to be present while the insurance adjuster accessed the damage. The contract listed in detail what the job involved which included architectural-grade shingles. Once the work started, every person took their roll. I could tell there is clear communication and accountability among the company staff. When there was a short delay in starting the work, they kept me informed. All Weather also took care of submitting the completion documents to my insurance company. After the work was done, I found a small area on the ceiling that needed touch-up. They agreed to stop by to fix it. Great company! Communication and quality of work was top notch. The whole process was super easy. After I met with my insurance adjuster, they took over the rest and handled all paperwork. Had a lot of wind damage and ended up getting my entire roof replaced. They even upgraded the shingles at no additional cost to me. Showed up quickly and the job was done within 24 hours. As a firefighter/paramedic I was given a 10% discount. The owner also gives discounts to military and teachers as well This is very helpful when paying your deductible. I plan to use them for all my future roofing repairs. Give them a call!

A real pleasure working with Jay and his team, he worked with the adjuster to get us new roofing on all 4 of our building, Home, Detached Garage, storage shed and boat building. Roofing is first class job, went beyond to get insurance to pay for wind and rain damaged siding. If there was rot they replaced it. All building look new, roofing and painting fascia also new seamless gutters installed. Everything looks like it did 16 years ago when brand new. He has a great team. I have worked with contractors before and always a bad experience, not this time. Jay is a total professional, and ensured the job was done correctly. I called Jay when I found my roof was leaking and he came out the same day to do an inspection. He quickly found a few cracked shingles were causing the leak but did a complete inspection of the rest of the roof to make sure there no other problems. He fixed the leak, sealed all the other pipes and vents, and also replaced an old solar vent fan for a good price. We've had some serious wind and rain just a few days after the repairs and I'm happy to say everything is nice and dry! Great job!

We could not have been more pleased with going with this company to fix our roof. We had hail and wind damage which caused leakage. We called All Weather and had an immediate response from the owner. He came out and assessed the damage. He was knowledgeable about contacting our insurance company as we have never had to file a claim before. He walked us through the process step by step. He always responded immediately to any text or phone call. He made the whole process go quickly and effortlessly. His crew had the new roof on quickly and thoroughly. Due to Hurricane Harvey I had some roof damage. I lost a few tiles off the roof and was concerned about dealing with my insurance company and whether or not they would replace the roof or just offer a short term fix. I spoke with Jay who was more than willing to speak with my adjuster. He was able to make things right and my adjuster agreed to a full roof replacement. I didn't even need to be present during this process. Jay was easy to reach and responded quickly to any questions I had. He walked me through what would happen. I also learned that my builder never installed the metal flashing that is required to go on the roof. He was also able to work that out with the adjuster and get that covered. The work took about a day and a half but it rained during the work so that is why it took that extra half day. I'm sure without the rain it would have been done in one day. The crew did a great job and even made sure the area was all cleaned up afterwards. My roof looks great and I'm very happy with the service and the warranty offered. Jay even came out after the work was complete to answer any questions that I had and explain what was done. I fully recommend these guys if you need any roof work. They will work with you and your schedule and were a pleasure to do business with.

We had quite a lot of damage after Hurricane Harvey. Fence panels and roof shingles lost. Jay was recommended highly by folks who comment on our neighborhood Facebook page. I called him up and he responded quickly. He returned to interface with our insurance adjuster, and once the checks were cut his team went right to work replacing the entire roof. He let us choose the shingle we wanted, and the job looks great!! Now we have a brand new 40-year roof that can withstand 130MPH winds (according to the manufacturer's warranty) and this has GOT to be better than the builder-quality roof that lost a shingle or two every time a heavy windstorm blew through town. We will recommend them to our friends and neighbors in the Austin area.

I am impressed with the level of communication provided and his willingness to fit me in on such a tight schedule. I called All Weather after realizing that our house was missing some shingles from the last storm that came through. I had called another company, here in Kyle Tx, who came over and provided a quote. Wanting to compare prices, I called All Weather and Jay came right over to give me a quote. Not only was Jay friendly and no nonsense, he also found two additional places on our roof that were a concern that the first company overlooked. Jay found all the areas of concern including a place on our porch roof that had a leak. Not only did he quote a cheaper price while finding areas that were overlooked by the first company but he also caulked all the areas that may allow a potential leak to form in the future. This will prevent the current condition of our porch roof to deteriorate further which would cost us more money in the future. And all for less than the first company's bid for the job that covered less work! Jay came over when he said he'd be here and knocked out the work in one day. He's a really nice guy who you can tell wants to be helpful and connected with his community. This made the whole situation of needing home repair and spending money a pleasant experience.Thank you Jay for offering such solid work in our community!!!Spring is here and storms are coming!
