This company sends out people to homes and completely ignores no soliciting signs. When asked why they still rang the door bell the employee stated it was his policy to bother the home owner anyway since it might lead to a sale.

Boling roofs replaced the roof in our two story home. The project wasn’t easy because it was hail damaged, we needed it done quickly because we were selling the house and insurance was involved, plus we have solar panels. Working with Boling Roofs was a great experience and it made the process very simple. They responded very quickly, had clear recommendations on what materials we should use and why and we got everything planned and executed in the time we needed it. They got us in contact with the right person to remove the solar panels and helped us through the insurance process making the project a lot easier on us. Their crew did a great job and they were very professional. They cleaned up everything every time they came. We would hire them in a heartbeat to do any roofing project we need.

I manage a steel fab shop and have had about 3 people come out over the past 12 years to try and do repairs to stop the leaking of the roof, it never worked. Recently we decided to just fix the whole roof, we got three quotes and Boling Roofs was the least expensive. They did the work when they said they would and I never heard any problems. It did not leak after they did their work. We got a very hard rain a little later and it leaked in one spot. We called Bernard over and he fixed it quickly so it no longer leaks. It just went through some very heavy storms recently and it still did not leak

Bernard and the team at Boling Roofs did great work on two jobs for me. First I got a standing seam metal roof to replace my back patio's leaking corrugated roof. It is not only beautiful but water tight too! I have a regular indoor TV hung out there with complete confidence that it is safe from the elements. So when the roof of a duplex I manage sprung a leak, I knew who to call! He sent someone out right away and was able to show me the damage done by weather which I was able to claim with the insurance company. I turned it all over to Boling Roofs and it got done fast and without a lot of hassle or hand-holding needed from me which was perfect. I was just back in the property crossing my fingers after the recent major rain events in town and it was all dry as a bone!Would recommend and use again.

We hired Bernard to replace a roof for us. That roof was replaced one year ago and we paid approximately $6000 for it. One year later we receive a call from the inspector saying that they discovered wide gaps in the plywood decking underneath the shingles and the roof will need to be replaced.We contacted Bernard and told him about the issue. He came to inspect it and had the gall to give us a price to replace the roof again! He said that normally he does not remove the sheathing paper when replacing a roof and so there would be no way for him to know the deck was damaged.This is absolute BS!. First of all, assuming he is not lying and didn't replace the sheathing paper, any, reasonable roofer would spend the extra hundred or two and rip of the sheathing paper when they are going to give you a new roof. So if he is not lying then he does not properly install new roofs. If he is lying then he is simply an unethical contractor.Regardless - the point of this should be that Bernard Boling does not stand by his product and additionally, does poor work. When there are hundreds of roofers out there, hopefully this will serve you to just skip this one and pick another.

Boling Roofs replaced our 26 year old screw-down metal roof this year with a standing seam metal roof. The craftsmanship and quality of the roof are outstanding. Additionally, since a metal roof can't be finished in a day, it is extremely important that the workmen leave the home well-waterproofed each night when they leave. All of the people on the job were very diligent about ensuring that the house was well "dried in" every day before they left, and kept the jobsite neat and well organized. When they finished, we were left with a completely clean yard, and a new roof which has gotten many compliments, and will no doubt last for decades. Additional bonus: they installed a ridge vent (which the old roof didn't have), which has probably lowered our attic temperatures by 15 degrees!

Bernard Boling does not stand behind his product. He installed our very expensive standing seam metal roof, and we have been waiting for 6 months for him to return and complete a basic warranty issue with his work and he still has not come out...after following up with him multiple times over 6 months, when he does respond, he continues to say he is too busy and we need to be patient...I believe 6 months exhibits our patience. We have the most beautiful roof! Our 1969 modern style home has a number of different roof angles - many of them quite steep. They worked hard to make it look great. We wanted a particular color and they went beyond "normal" customer service to find exactly what we wanted. I would use them again for any roofing project.
