They had our material ready but part of it didn’t fit in our trailer so we asked if they could please cut it so we could put it in, and instead of doing us the favor, THEY MADE US CUT IT OURSELVES!! Gave us the pliers and said “you can do it yourself” so unprofessional...they younger guys where about to help us but the olderman(seem the owner or manager) didn’t let them...

This was my first visit to this business but the counter help ladies were very friendly and helped me get the right products to get the job done. They were very busy and they had a professional attitude. I will go back as I need to. Most folks do not know that Texas Building and Roofing sells to the public. They have great customer service and are a full metal shop. They sell a huge variety of plate, bar, channel and beam. I highly recommend.
