Cory and his team were very professional, courteous and efficient. They installed our new EcoFlow Smart Home Panel for our battery backup system. This was their first installation of this product and we were impressed. They upgraded our existing electrical panel too. We highly recommend their services for any electrical needs. My experience with Cory Butts was pretty good. Great customer service, great employees from start to finish of installation, not so much with the financing though. The financing process was not the best, so I docked one star for that, but overall good experience. I could have went with several options for my central air needs, but I stayed with the Cory Butts company, because they were kind, had great deals, they showed love to U.S Veterans, and they have integrity. I would recommend Cory Butts to other people for their air conditioning needs.Walt

Dylon and Gage are goodWorkers and very respectful and friendly. I was satisfied when Dylon said they found the problem was a loose ground they had previously overlooked and took care of it. The original problem was one that was solved 90% of the time by the first thing they tried, and unfortunately, that turned out not to be the problem this time. I was very happy with the response time from when I called to when they showed up.

Had an issue with a 30 amp connection. I reached out last night and someone was on location bright and early today. As always , prompt, friendly and easy to work with. Can’t say enough good things about the owners or any of the great workers who have been on property to help. For three years our heater has not worked properly. We were so irritated with calling techs out and always being told nothing was wrong. We called Cory Butts Electric and explained what had been happening. For the first time in 3 years someone actually listened and asked questions. Before the end of the day they had a tech out who finally found the problem and fixed it. So thankful to have found a company who we can trust. We will definitely be calling Cory Butts Electric from now on.

The entire team at Cory Butts Electric & AC is amazing, even from the moment you call the office when you’re greeted by the very sweet and friendly office manager. I made the mistake of not calling Cory Butts Electric & AC first when my AC unit quit in this oppressive August Texas heat. Many of the other companies in the area were vague about when they could service my unit and one even ghosted me after calling to check on an ETA. The thing that impressed me the most about this service was how decent and cool Kelly and Gage were as people in an emergency situation. Kelly was kind and reasonable in setting expectation during my call at 2:30pm on a Friday to set the appointment. Gage was prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable in getting the job done and showing me what was happening to my unit. Thanks, gang! You saved my weekend from a 108 degree catastrophe.
