I was really dreading the whole insurance process and finding a quality roofing company. If I would have known how great this company was going to be, I wouldn't have had anything to worry about. They were attentive, responsive and did a great job on time. Krystal sent us roof pictures as we are planning on a paint change and encouraged us to get roof samples from the office, which really helped. Tami & Krystal took care of insurance paperwork too! This is a well-run company, and it shows. Our neighbor's house and their previous home was done by WM Roofing, which helped us in the decision process. They were the 3rd company I called after the hail storm in Nov. They were personal, reliable and LOCAL! Our insurance even tried to deny us at first and wanted all kinds of extra pics and stuff for a 2nd inspection. WM came out took care of it ALL! If you respectfully disagree they’ll delete your comment, in their favor, and then block you. If you didn’t want my business tell me without giving me the run around.

Will came out on an emergency call after our metal roof was damaged due to storm debris. He fought through the wet conditions to tarp our roof while we wait for the week of rain to pass. He was quick and efficient. Very polite and reassured me that the repair would hold while the storms pass. The service overall was fantastic

These people are so professional and transparent in every thing they do. Tony explained everything to me about the work that needed done and the whole insurance process. He was even there when the insurance adjuster came so they could walk the project together. I love my new roof, perfect color and they got it done fast and efficiently. They use national brand products that come with a warranty as well as having a warranty of their own. If need roofing services this is the company to call.

WM roofing did a great job from start to finish. The process can be very confusing working with insurance. Krystal meet with my elderly parents and walked them through the process, answered all their questions, and made them feel good about everything. This was all done before the roof was replaced. The crew replaced the roof in one day, very professional. They picked up all trash and nails. They also covered the A/C unit to protect it. Roof looks great. We are very grateful to local company owners, who care about people and follow through with commitments.

We had initially asked WM roofing to come out for an estimated repair after having some significant wind damage to our roof. Unfortunately, our roof was in pretty bad shape all around and we ended up having WM replace the entire roof. They did an outstanding job! They had our old roof completely removed & the new roof completed within 2 days. They worked very efficiently and did really nice work. Absolutely amazing from start to finish. After coming out for a quote, they actually suggested we call our insurance because of some of the damage found. Worked so well with our adjuster, no pain, no problems. The crew that did the work, awesome, had no problems answering my qusstions, cleaned up so well. 3 hours and the whole roof replaced. Definitely recommend this company for any roofing needs. Total turn around, 2 weeks from first appointment to new roof. Love them!

WM Roofing first took care of my family after the tornado June 2019 ripped a large portion of our roof off of the home we were renting. All the other companies wouldn't help us because we were renters and needed permission from home owners. WM said we needed cover that night as more rain was coming, we can sort the payment later. And they held true to their word.Fast forward to 2022, a massive wind storm significantly damaged our roof (we owned this house). We called WM and they did everything possible to help us get Insurance to realize we needed a New roof. They then took the best care of us, got us a beautiful new roof QUICKLY and were super patient while Insurance took forever to pay them. Cannot thank or recommend WM Roofing more!
