Scheduled an estimate with them a week in advance and they still managed to show up 2 hours late. 3 weeks later I don't have a price or anything to show the insurance company who has been waiting for an answer. Incredibly unprofessional, no way I'm doing business with them if it takes them this long to get back to me and they don't even have my money yet.

When I first approached McAllen Valley Roofing I had just filed a hail claim with my insurance company . I thought that they were the right fit for the task at hand so I hired them & they did not only get my house roofed but worked side by side with my insurance adjuster and actually got me more money towards my claim .
