My wife and I were new home owners at the time and very afraid of being burned by the insurance company and any roofers we selected. Puigdomenech came recommended to me by my neighbor, and I am thankful they were.Naturally, my wife and I very wary of any potential scammers, but at the same time we were ignorant of the process. Richard, with Puigdomenech, was very patient in explaining the process we could expect when submitting a claim to have the roof repaired. As further assurance, everything was laid out in hand written contracts, in plain English without all that "Legal-ese."The actual roof work was done quickly and looks fantastic. In the years we have had the roof I have not seen a single issue. Unfortunately for Puigdomenech, our insurance company was less than kind and sent these roofers on a years long ordeal in an attempt to obtain final payment. Puigdomenech did not wish to involve my wife and I for fear of stressing out the new home owners, and we thank them for that. But I am pleased to say we were able to obtain final payment (and no longer support that insurance company).Long story short, we highly recommend Puigdomenech Contracting. They are clearly a reputation and reliability first company. I would definitely recommend them for any contracting needs.

Very disappointed with roofing company. I was looking online for a good roofing company Here in Laredo, Texas and saw this company had such good reviews. I had Richard come over to give me a quote. He suggested I have job done on a side with a guy that he uses to help them out. He said it would be cheaper. He offered to give him a call and explain to him what he found up there and needed to be done. I gave him my information, never heard back from him, however I did hear from guy he recommended. Problem I had was I wanted a real roofing company just in case If I had a warranty company it would be easier to deal with, especially me being from out of town. I called him a month later when I was in town again. I explained to Him I rather have him do the job through his company. He told me he would give me a call when he got back to his office, which he never did. He gave me same excuse a few times when I called him to let him know I never received no information via email as he had said he would. I wonder how many other people have experienced same problem. Very un professional not to keep your word. Especially with such great reviews.

Richard Puigdomenech blew away his formidable competition by offering a TEN year labor and material warranty , as well as a THIRTY year product warranty ! His attention to detail made sure everything flowed smoothly with workers , materials , insurance requirements , permits , etc. Despite many decades in the real estate rental business , he taught this old veteran quite a few critical things to know about roofing . His patient , focused manner allowed one to gain from his deep knowledge in layman's terms . Even his perfectly competitive workers aim to please . Thank GOD we picked you . My wife and I will be GRATEFUL FOR MANY MANY DECADES TO COME , and will eventually send a flotilla of investment properties your way for years to come

Have used Puigdomenech twice and haveFound them to be very professiona and pleasant l fromInitial telephone call to work carried out. Arrived on time friendly and hardworking. Left everything clean and tidy.Even replaced a couple of missing tiles. Will be using them for my properties in San Antonio also.

I had problems with my cover due to the storms of the last few days, the water was leaking and no company offered me an assertive solution, but thanks to the efficient service of Puigdomenech I can count on a cover without any problem.
