I bought a propane Heater there which didn’t work to my family’s satisfaction. They didn’t follow through with their return policy on their receipt when I brought it back as well as an employee verbally told me I could return it if I had any problems with it. I spoke with management at great length who also refused to exchange for store credit (me trying to keep my $ at their store) and whom I told I’d eat the difference in cost if they had to sell at a reduced price going forward. I had to speak with ownership and made several trips to the store before they made things right. I am a long standing customer who has spent thousands of dollars there over multiple years without any other returns. Years prior when they first noticed I was coming in regularly to shop, they asked if I wanted to set up a store account. I said yes, filled out and returned the paperwork, checked back multiple times and it never got processed with their main store so I finally just gave up on that. In my experience, they have been helpful with finding products but adversarial with returns/exchanges.

They do not keep visible prices on lumber. If you want to know the price of certain lumber you have to tell them each individual piece, and let them look it up for you 1 piece at a time. What if you want to price an entire house? Prepare to sit there for hours detailing each piece of wood with their staff. Very unprofessional price gouging of lumber. Shop home depot and save yourself the trouble, this place is trash.
