Billy Terry and Joshua Roche came to examine my roof for partial replacement and repair to another part. They arrived on the day and time we had scheduled, which is rare now days! They made a thorough inspection to determine an estimate on the total cost. Clean Cut replaced my hail damaged roof and gutters. Kris Connor was great to work with. He worked with my insurance company and with me to be sure all was done right. I never had any problem getting in touch with Kris. Victoria was good to schedule the work to be most convenient for me. The work was done as promised, efficiently, and on-time. The crews were great to clean up after themselves. No leftover debris or nails. I will definitely use them again. Choosing a contractor is probably one of the most terrifying things a homeowner can do. Unless it's a word-of-mouth referral the only thing you can base your opinion on is online reviews. Although it's been a year, we still refer to this great company. We had no ideal of the damages to our roofs (shed & patio too) until inspected...the roofing had previously been done only about 7 years prior! Communication with the roofing side of Clean Cut always great..work completed on time and efficiently...and that included the new patio..minor hiccups managed ...we were and are still happy. Clean Cut did an excellent job. Everything went as smoothly as i could have hoped. Their quote was spot on and the final price did not go over their quote.They were very patient with my lack of roof knowledge and and all my many, many questions. Tyler Lawhorn in particular was extremely helpful in this regard. Tyler kept me up to date on every step of the process, from the initial quote, obtaining financing, and checking on the status of the new roof.Once work started, they got the whole metal roof done in 2 days! In the past when I had shingle roofs done those took a whole week. So I was very impressed with that. The crew was friendly and their cleanup was spotless. If I didn't have a shiny new metal roof, you'd have never known they were there.Several weeks after the job was done, I got a call from Tyler asking me how well the new roof did during the rain we had the night before. My old roof had been leaking in several places, which is why I got a new roof to begin with. Tyler wanted to make sure that the weren't any issues due to the recent rains. Happy to say the were no issues at all!Clean Cut also does a lot more than just roofs. My porch was starting to rot, so I had them replace that with a new, bigger porch. They got that built in a single day! It's a huge improvement over what we had before.I'm super impressed with the company. Had no problems at all. He was patient and answered all of my questions, no matter the time. The roofing crew replaced my roof and cleaned my yard like they had never even been there.
