Robert came by on a very cold Saturday, he was not one of those pushy sales guy and just made me feel very comfortable. As a new homeowner that had zero knowledge of replacing a roof, Robert was very informative and helped me from start to finish. Trey and Cory both made an appearance several times during the whole process, it’s awesome that the owners of a local company take the time to come by and visit with their customers. Being in the customer service business myself, that’s a rare thing these days. Tru-built roofing is the company to use without a doubt.

We just had Tru-Built Roofing and am so happy we used them. Roof done in one day and they cleaned all debris. Cory helped with getting insurance claim done and met with adjuster to go over everything so they were on the same page. Process has been very easy. If I could give Roberto Castro higher than 5 stars I would. He took all the stress out of getting a new roof for our home. He made the whole process easy from start to finish. And his crew got the whole job finished in one day. Everyone was so professional and knew exactly what to do. They all had their jobs and did them well. Roberto was here from start to finish. Cory Caton was so easy to work with and walked us through every step. This was our first experience replacing a roof and he was always available and eager to answer our questions/concerns and always had an open line of communication with us.
