They have replaced my roof twice (that darn hail!) and I have been extremely pleased with their integrity. Melissa is now a trusted friend. I greatly appreciated the time she dedicated to me personally. Hopefully I'll get a few more years before I have to do this process again, but if I do, I will ALWAYS choose Andrus Brothers Roofing.

After my roof was damaged from recent hail storm and years of wear and tear, I decided it was time to have it done and almost everyone I asked suggested Andrus Brothers Roofing. I will say, they came so highly recommended for a reason. Garrett Young took care of me and was extremely respectful, professional and very open and honest while communicating with me and my insurance company. He helped make the process very easy. The fellas who came out to do the work were very friendly, professional and courteous of me and my property. They came in, did a job well done and finished as if they'd never even been there..except they left behind my brand new very well done, beautiful roof! I am extremely pleased with ABR and would recommend them to anyone! Thank you Garrett, and thank you ABR!

Initially we had some concerns with the repairs we paid for, and not everything had been completed. After contacting the roofer, he responded immediately, and he came back the following day to finish and make sure everything was completed.I am a true believer in it’s not about making mistakes, but how you overcome those mistakes and turn them into opportunities.Not only did the roofer complete the work, but Jerry Andrus came to our house that day to double check that everything was completed. The service we received to correct the mistakes was something you do not receive with just any company, and I would recommend them for future needs. They turned us around and I can say Andrus Brothers has been great to us.

Personally have not had work done with Andrus Brothers, BUT they were working on multiple houses that shared an alley with mine. This eventually led to roofers nails being all over the ground which ultimately led to one getting stuck in my motorcycle tire. Without hesitation, Jeremy Andrus contacted me to make it right and offered to take care of the bill for me after having to get a new tire. Professional, friendly, and so so thankful for a wonderful company that is willing to make things right for customers and non customers!! Will definitely keep them in mind for future roofing needs! Thank you!

On time, hard workers, great service. Ty was our sales rep and did a great job. I was shocked when he pulled up for our first meeting on time. Sad when you're shocked by this, but in this day I never expect it. Jesus and the roofing crew were about as hard workers as I've ever been around. Andrus did what they said they were going to do, did it on time and did it to exceptional standards. I was in commercial roofing when I was a kid and I thought "no one will meet my standards." They exceeded them. I hope to never have to replace a roof again, but if I do, I'll call Andrus again.

My husband and I had a new roof put on just before we moved (the buyers' insurance company would otherwise not insure it). Justin at Andrus Brothers has helped us with this process. They did a superb job on our roof. Not only that, but our new house has a four-year class 4 roof put on by American Roofing that had: 1) the paint torn off from the siding when they removed (tore) the shingles off, and 2) there was a gap between that said siding and the roof itself where water could collect. Because we had such a good experience with Andrus Brothers, we contacted Justin. He sent some people out to put a sealant in at no charge! It was not even a roof they put on! I can thus highly recommend Andrus Brothers!!!

I had some shingles blown off my roof from a wind we had a few weeks ago. I called Andrus Brothers to come out and fix it. "Kent" came out and talked with me, told me he would get up on my roof and take a look and see what the "office" could do for me about getting a new roof. This was something I didn't even want as I know I cant get a new roof at this point. Kent didn't even get on my roof like he said nor has he or anyone at Andrus Brothers contacted me about getting my roof fixed. Now, this past Friday rain came, and now the inside of my house is wet because I was waiting on Andrus Brothers to fix the roof. Thanks for nothing Andrus Brothers, I will find someone else to fix my roof and replace it once I can. Apparently, a job is too small for Andrus Brothers. They are only interested in getting a whole roof from you. Do not use this company.

Two words -Ty Porter. Talk about customer service and care to the very last detail. Our Project Manager, Ty and his ABR team not only did a fantastic job on our roof but they were a wealth of knowledge throughout the ENTIRE process from the technical to the insurance piece.
