From first contact to finished job this Lubbock company is first class in every respect.They’re responsive and the crew who worked on my home was a first class group of people. I got about 7 different quotes on a new roof, Plains roofing was by far the fairest. Travis was very upfront honest which is not what I getting from other contractors. I really appreciated this. They got me on the schedule quickly the guys came and worked their butts off, very nice friendly group of guys they finished and cleaned very well in one day, infact cleaned up so well they left my back porch looking better than it did before they came. Plains Roofing did a great Job of getting us back up and protected on our roof. They worked with us and around the schedule we needed. The roof at Plains United Methodist Church is steep and the team of Plains Roofing worked efficiently to get the job done. They weren't the cheapest bid, nor the most expensive, but did quality work. I would recommend them to anyone, and they helped us get all the insurance money back to help pay for this big project.

I just wanted to take a moment to brag on Plains Roofing. Dustin Carpenter and his team went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. He even helped me deal with my insurance company, who was giving me the run around and dragging their feet. Plus, he somehow managed to work a painter into the budget, and gave the whole house a facelift! His team completed the job in one day! Dustin kept me updated throughout the whole process, and he was so easy to do business with. In light of all the recent hail damage, I highly recommend getting a second opinion from Plains Roofing. You will not be disappointed!

All I can say to the positive feedback is this, they must have fired and rehired another crew.In another year, probablyI will have to get a real professional roofing company for a do over on the job that was done here. I would suggest less drinking on the job.
