Had some steps built on a new double wide mobile home. They didn't leave room for mobile home to settle so 8 months later it settled storm door now won't open all the way we have called and text they keep making excuses said they would come out nobody has ever come out or called I won't do business with them anymore

I’m only giving this a one star because the receptionist hung the phone up in my face when i was clearly trying to be civil about an issue with their billing. But on the other hand the repair guys did do a great job on the repairs.

Billy Odom did a fantastic job on our front porch. He was very thorough and reasonably priced. On top of that, he communicated with us every step of the way. If anything changed out of plan, he let us know. On another note, his work was done in a timely manner.

This guy is amazing I was just a 13 yr old kid. He asked me if I wanted a job. Well he took me out to a job site. Where there was a horse trailer full of shingles. Gave me a pitchfork and a shovel. Told me to unload it. Then him and the other guy left. I instantly thought that was the worst job in the world. So I started unloading it. And decide a real quick I want to learn how to put shingles on a roof. Can I remember much more about that day. Except I knew when we got home we got to ride that red Honda three-wheeler. And that brand new white 4 wheeler he went and bought. That was my experience starting back in 1989 with Roofing. And the man still has a business going on today. So he must know what he's doing.

It's been 5 years but when my roof got done the first rain caused three big leaks on my ceiling. It took awhile for them to respond back when it happened but found out they hammered to hard leaving a hole in the roof. Well they never offered to repair the inside ceiling. Now this is a 5 yr roof and my warranty is up, we had a 50mph wind come by and the shingles are coming up and through the nails. Cheap shingles? Maybe..but with what I had to spend to repair ceilings and shingles didn't make me happy. Hoping this roof would last longer. Now I've got to find a new roofing company that will take their time and get it right. I guess I should have expected a leak since it only took them 3 hours to tear down and replace.

All I can say is he quoted a price of 52,000 and I got another quote from another company to do the exact renovation for 16,000. Watch your pocketbook with him.
