By far one of the best experiences I've had with contractors. Grants roofing scheduled and jumped right onto the job even before insurance check was paid. Their guys started at 7:00am and tore off all the shingles, replaced bad decking, and re-roofed the whole house the same day. From the beginning of our conversation about doing the roof to the overall finished look. Grant roofing was awesome. Communication was never an issue. Blake knew exactly what was needed and was always updating me with deliveries, time of arrivals, and everything. His crew was very thorough and professional. They cleaned up every ounce of trash. I cannot say enough good things about this company. They are easy to talk to and get the job done quickly and correctly. We called around the holidays and they promptly came out to access our roof and recommended we call our insurance to have them cover a new roof. Carl spent half the day at our house waiting for the insurance adjuster, who ended up being late, to come out to discuss with him our need for the new roof, since it had been declined in the past. Carl was nice enough to call us directly to discuss what insurance sent me they would cover and go over the cost. The crew came out at 7 am and were completely finished with our house and building by lunch. They did a phenomenal job! The whole process took about 2 weeks only because we were waiting on the insurance. After I told Carl we were ready to proceed and the color roof we wanted they were there within a couple of days. Dwane Grant's company installed metal roof improperly. The roof is now leaking in 3 places. Chimney flashing is wrong/missing. They used deck screws instead of special roof screws at one area. At other area they screwed roof screws not perpendicular to the surface of the roof.A roof inspector suggested to get a lawyer, or have my roof completely re-done.STAY AWAY from this company.Services: Roof repair, Roof installation

I called Grants roofing to come inspect my roof for hail damage after several of my neighbors were getting new roofs for hail damage. Grants roofing found hail damage on my roof as well as my windows and recommended that I call my insurance company and have an adjuster come out and inspect it. I called and setup a time for an adjuster to inspect my roof and windows and I let Grants roofing know what time they were going to arrive to inspect my roof. Grants roofing had a representative on site while the adjuster inspected my roof. After the adjuster was done, he agreed that I had hail damage on my roof and my windows. 2 weeks later after the adjuster came out, I had a new 30 year roof installed that looks awesome and windows on order.I would recommend Grants roofing for all of your roofing needs as well as construction projects. They did an awesome job with my roof and did an awesome job cleaning up the old shingles and nails. I haven’t found a single nail or piece of shingle. They are very knowledgeable and professional.

Grant’s Roofing did an outstanding job roofing my mother-n-law’s little home.Every step of the process from the first phone call was very professional and prompt.Dwayne set up the bid and the crew was out in a couple of days to compete the roof.The crew showed up early and kept at a steady pace until the job was complete.Most of all, the property was spotless after the crew left the scene. Got a call about roof inspections in my area and thought, “what the heck.” Of course they said we needed a new roof. They met the insurance company inspector and he agreed. A new roof was put on and initially things went well.They did break some of my wife’s flower pots on the porch and left a gas can in the yard by my children’s play area, but we were just glad the new roof was on.We then found two nails sticking through the skylight in the bathroom. Everything was sealed up, but it was an eye sore. After repeated attempts via phone and text to get the nails clipped, we finally gave up...even after we were told the manager would come take care of it “personally.”We then had a storm and noticed some water on the stove. We didn’t notice it anywhere above the stove from the vent-a-hood or microwave, and just cleaned it up. Then sometime later another storm and we had water in the microwave. The cupboard above the microwave had nothing in it. No signs of water leaking. We cleaned it up and went back to living. The next rainy season we had more water in the microwave and on the stove. We reported it to Grant’s roofing.A gentlemen showed up to service the roof. No one called ahead to setup a time. No one called to give us notice. And the gentlemen didn’t speak very good English. Luckily my wife was home at the time of their surprise visit, but she doesn’t speak Spanish and had a very hard time trying to communicate what our issue was. The gentlemen went up on the roof for less than 10 minutes. When she showed him the nails through the skylight he didn’t seem to want to cut them. The best she could determine he was trying to say they weren’t nails. She stuck with it until he relented and went to clear them only to find, yup...they were nails. He clipped them.The next rain that came through surprise surprise, more water on the stove and in the microwave. My wife called again to complain and ask that the roof be fixed. During this reporting she dealt with Dewayne whom we believe to be the owner.Again they didn’t call to schedule a visit or give us a heads up. We had a babysitter because we were both at work. She called my wife and put her on speaker while she answered the door. She couldn’t communicate with the man very well and couldn’t determine what he wanted until he finally said, “roof.” The wife was able to tell him the roof was still leaking in the same spot and he walked off so we assumed it was the same man as before. Again he went up on the roof and was back down in less than 10 minutes. Since then we haven’t had any leaks over the stove and in the microwave.However, it’s now leaking from one of the smoke detectors in the living room. My wife sent a photo of the leaking smoke detector and water on the chair. He never responded.We’re dreading having to deal with these people any further, but the roof comes with a 5-year warranty and we don’t want to pay for another roof just because Grants roofing is incompetent. They need to be held accountable.We gave one star, but only because we can’t give zero.STAY AWAY FROM GRANTS ROOFING.

This company did a TERRIBLE on my roof. There are holes that leak when it rains and rodents coming into the attic through the holes and shingles are falling off daily. I have tried to contact this man to either finish the job or give me a refund.Its been over a month and nothing.
