Huge thanks for Scott and his team for deep cleaning our dryer vents! They used a better vent cap for lint to escape more efficiently, and they treated our home with care using padded ladders not to dent any gutters. Our dryer runs good as new and best of all, the price was very reasonable! Will definitely be ready to schedule for reoccurring annual maintenance.

Had some leaking in our kitchen after the crazy storm Wednesday. Scott came right out Thursday evening, found some roofing issues that all inspectors we've had missed! I was out of town on business and my wife called me and told me we had water dripping from the ceiling in our kitchen. The water was coming through a leak in our roof. I called Done Right Roof and Gutters and within a few hours they were on my roof. They sent me photos of the roof and fixed up to spots within a couple hours and just in time before the heavy rain that night (no more leaking).The crazy part of my experience is that my roof is only 2 years old. I wish Done Right Roof and Gutters had been the ones to install the roof properly the first time. Thank you for the fast, friendly and well done service!

In early October, we noticed that our gutter was hanging off the side of the roof and starting to sag and twist from the heavy rain and winds that week. I called at least 10 roofing & gutter businesses to request an appointment ASAP and Done Right Roof and Gutters is the ONLY one who not only got back to me with an appointment and reasonable quote, they came out and fixed the entire gutter issue and cleaned them out the very same day. I truly appreciated their quick service, honest recommendations for further repairs required to keep our gutters functioning, and their extremely reasonable pricing (they charged less than 1/2 of what all the other business quoted and did a great job).I would highly recommend this business to anyone needing roof & gutter services!

Yesterday, Scott took time out of his day to come out to our place to rescue out kitten out of a tree! Our kitten was in the tree for 3 days, and we had tried everything to entice him down to no avail. We tried to get up to him and couldn't. I found Scott's number on a facebook (or maybe NextDoor?) post that he was helpful in rescuing cats...I text him and he quickly responded. A couple hours later he was at our house with the ladder truck and our baby is now safe! Scott has a genuine compassionate heart and we definitely recommend you call him!

Looked at our need for gutters on a new addition. Maylon walked us around explaining exactly what we needed and how he would install them. He was very detailed and pointed out a couple of areas that we hadn’t noticed that needed to be addressed.Gave us a really good quote.Maylon & Andrea showed up the next day for the installation once again taking the time to show us and explaining everything again. From the onset, the experience was great as Scott was responsive in our communications and took time to explain the design and quote, as well as answer all our questions. We have had Scott clean our gutters the last several years. Every time he comes, he is thorough and does a spectacular job. Scott always provides pictures of before and after, as well as pictures of any issues he sees while on the roof. He noticed the caulking around one of the high windows was cracked and water was getting in. We would have not known until it was a major issue but because Scott is up there every 3 months it was a quick and easy fix. We have pine trees all around us and have to have the gutters cleaned more often but Scott worked when he first started coming out to figure out the correct interval to clean the gutters so that it was cost effective. Again, he provides pictures of everything.Highly recommend Scott for whatever your needs are. He is knowledgeable and professional.

Wow! Rarely do I feel the need to give a shout out to a company but Scott Reese with Done Right Roof & Gutters is a contractor who went above and beyond. He showed up when he said he would….He did what he said he was going to do and went above and beyond to make sure things were done well and correctly. He found additional things that needed correcting and did them!!! He came to clean and repair our gutters and stayed extra to fix a broken fence post ! Who does this anymore?
