Mike was great to work with. He explained all that needed to be done to install a quality roof that would last. Had other quotes but other contractors were not as informative and did not include everything that was needed. Mike’s crew was courteous, did an excellent job and completed the work in a timely fashion. If you are not familiar with working with insurance adjusters be sure Mike meets with them when you set up a meeting. This was helpful in my case and made the claims process run smoothly. We had a great experience with Mike with Mr. Happy House!! He and his team, replaced some siding that was rooted and other wood that was rooted/squirrel destroyed. They Installed gutters, and painted whole house!! Everything was done in a timely manner, by hard working and well mannered workers..and most importantly did good quality work!!! Mike had by far the best itemized proposal that I have ever seen! Everything on it was laid out in black and white with the cost attached to each line item. Perfect for knowing exactly where your money is going on your house. Being in Nuclear Construction over 40yrs., Mr. Monyak and his crew has performed exceptional work. Mr. Monyak communicated prior/during/and at completion of the project. Not only verbally but with pictures and videos. The project involved repair of front and side fascia, replacement of soffit, and gutter installation. Mr. Monyak used Hardie Soffit a superior product than conventional soffit brands. Every phase professionally communicated as I mentioned. Due to his professionalism, he took it upon himself to repair/replace areas around the base of the chimney with need Hardie siding -AT HIS COST! Unbelievable! Beautiful work. In my many years dealing with nuclear construction I’ve learned this saying to be true, “Cheap work is not good and GOOD WORK IS NOT CHEAP;” !
