We have enjoyed our Star Harbor home since 2000 and were in need of a roof replaced. After research and the positive references for Robert’s roofing they were hired.They worked seamlessly with our insurance adjuster. Installed the new roof, new skylights, as well as reinstalling our basketball goal/hoop. The most amazing thing about working with Roberts is their willingness to go above and beyond installing a Texas flag on our boat house roof using 3 different colors of shingles and painting the star.Both the house roof and boat dock roof were started and completed in one day including a complete and thorough clean up.Highly recommend Roberts Roofing. Wrong Roof; Right Roofing CompanyRoberts Roofing Company; Malakoff, TxWhile it doesn’t happen often, it does happen… I awoke to a crew mistakenly ripping shingles off of our roof one morning at 6am. I can’t even begin to explain the craziness so early that morning.We have a very similar address as our neighbors a few doors down who were expecting a new roof. Think same address except “Drive” vs “Circle”. Google maps sends everyone and all shipments down to our address, so it’s not new to us.Once the crew realized it was the wrong address, the owner (Brian Roberts) was in contact with us immediately.Roberts Roofing and his crew were not only professional and courteous but had a general concern for our overall satisfaction that far exceeded our expectations.Without hesitation, he stepped up and made things right with a completely new roof (along with full warranty) within one day. Yes, one day! I’m not sure that many other companies would do that so quickly.The crew were extremely clean and professional, bringing samples and working tirelessly on one of the hottest days to ensure we were taken care of.Stepping up to the situation the way Brian Roberts did, speaks volumes of his character and morals. We simply cannot say enough good things about him and his crew and would highly recommend!

Had a estimate of $850,00 to replace some facial board and roof work on my porch, I told them ok to do the work. After waiting 3 weeks I called to see when then would be doing to work. Mr. Roberts never returned my calls 6 in a 2 week period. You would think a 5 star company would do better, at least call and say they didn't want the job. ZERO STARS

I called Roberts Roofing early in the morning after a heavy rainfall caused a leak. A crew arrived the same day and did a temporary repair. When the rain stopped they returned and completed the repair.The repair team was professional and thorough. The work they did was first rate. It is a pleasure to recommend Brian Roberts and Roberts Roofing. I am the current HOA President of Willow Bend Park in Plano Texas. WBP is an upscale multifamily community of 62 villas housed in 18 buildings. Due to hail and wind damage sustained in 2019 we hired Roberts Roofing to replace all of the roofs in the neighborhood. This was a large endeavor that would require 4 months to complete. Not only are the roofs large they are also unusually steep. Additionally, there are 62 families affected, each with their own particular personalities. Not only did we require quality results but also excellent communication skills over a lengthy time frame. Brian Roberts and his crew were able to accomplish both along with providing a safe environment. As with any job of this magnitude there were follow ups to inspect for leaks or minor damages.
