I have zero complaints about my transaction with 24-7 Restoration. Adam came by our house one day offering to look at our roof for damage. He was low-pressure, unobtrusive, and professional. After setting up a time to come by, he took photographs and walked me through the damage that he had found on my old roof. He offered to review my insurance docs with me to determine what coverage would be provided and what our portion would be. We scheduled the work, and the day came for the new roof. In a single day, they had the old roof off and the new roof on and the site cleaned up. Next day it was the gutters. About a week later, Adam sent me the final invoice and we settled up. He answered a couple of questions that I had and made sure that all went smoothly. I have zero problem with recommending Adam with 24-7 Restoration.

My contractor, Ryan Allen, anticipated the insurers push back and made sure he covered all potential objections with pictures and documentation before submitting. 10/10 Highly recommend 24-7 restoration and roofing for all of your household jobs especially roofing after a hail storm! Ryan and Adam went above and beyond to get my roof replaced after Allstate said there was only minor damage and was only going to fix $1000 worth of items when the hail was the size of a softball. They fought for us and put in the time and effort while also being very responsive to our questions on what the next step would be and what they were going to try to do to get our roof fixed. After about a month, Allstate sent out an engineer while Ryan came the same time and evaluated our roof with the engineer and they determined that our roof definitely needed to be replaced. Ryan and Adam were very professional and helpful and got our roof replaced! Thank you guys again for all your work! We hired 24-7 Restoration & Roofing. The level of service we received from this company is unmatched. We had several companies come to our door, but none of them compared to 24-7. We were educated out the entire claim process and how they would handle the removal of our old shingles and installation of the new ones. We were most happy about the level of respect they had in leaving my yard so clean. We didn’t have any shingles or nails in our yard after they were done. We were hit by the hail storm on April 28th. My insurance company sent an inspector out and said we didn't have any hail damage. Well I knew that could not be right as I experienced the hail storm and my roof was even leaking! I could hear roofers installing roofs on homes all around me.I saw several people on the Next Door App recommending 24/7 Restoration and Roofing - so I gave them a call. And I am so glad I did. Jamie took it from there. She had Tyler from 24/7 meet another inspector from my insurance company at my home.Then, within a few days, I received another report from the insurance company saying they were replacing the roof and gutters on my home and shed and also cleaning and staining my entire fence.I was amazed how fast it was too. Within a week, I had a new upgraded roof, gutters and stained fence! Amazing!!!24/7 is so easy to work with. So reliable. Fast and efficient. The workers cleaned up as they worked and layed tarps around the house to catch debris and nails. They also used a magnet to pick any loose nails. We are very pleased with our new roof and would highly recommend this company. Big shout out to Stephen and the staff. They were very courteous and helpful with our insurance claim. And thats when all of my dreams started to come true! Rachel assured me that a (very handsome) young man name Brett was going to be at my home within the hour to give me a free roof inspection and help me understand my issues. 24-7 Restoration & Roofing did an INCREDIBLE JOB and I've been recommending them to all my friends and family. We've had issues with our roof for a few years now, since our home is positioned in such a way that it takes regular hard hits from severe Texas storms. Our roof had pretty much disintegrated to mush, the gutters were a wreck and the fence coming apart in places. Not only did 24-7 come out and make the inspection, they worked directly with USAA and got us far more than we'd imagined. We only thought we 'might' get the roof repaired. 24-7 negotiated replacing many of the damaged gutters and repairing the rest as well as repairing the damaged fence and re-staining the storm damaged areas. They also worked SO QUICKLY. Not only did they do a FANTASTIC job, they were in and out and gone. No damage to my large gardens! No mess or nails all over the place (as has been my experience with other roofers that have done my neighbors' jobs, and my tires suffered for their carelessness, filled with roofing nails). 24-7 Restoration & Roofing took so much of the pain and headache out of the repairs we'd dreaded for so long and we look like we have a gorgeous new house! They did such a superlative job, I even sent them over to my mom to do repairs on her roof. I will also be calling them in for other services in the near future. Gregory Griffey sent out his man steven as soon as got the call from Brandon of Benjamin Franklin Plumbing that I needed a water restoration expert out to remove all my wet drywall, beadboard, baseboards, flooring and vanity. The first thing he did was take readings to see how much moisture was in the walls due to a sudden drainage leak from a pipe under my foundation. His Man who did excellent work and stayed until after 9:30 pm on a saturday night was kind, courteous and professional. He made sure all wet and damage materials were removed and put fans and dehumidafiers in my bathroom and checked every day for 3 days to ensure all moisture was gone and i would not get any mold from the sudden and unexpected water coming up in my bathroom closet. Gregory Himself has gone above and beyond helping me in all aspects of the water/moisture removal, the getting to the problem pipe under my house all without breaking up all the foundation to do so. He has been handling the insurance adjuster for me with Brandon of Benjamin Franklin Plumbing as the stress from it all had me in bed with migraines for several days. He is a God send and is a hero in my book. While I am just a homeowner and unfamilar on the entire insurance process besides the process of not only the repair but putting everything back so that my bathroom again looks like a bathroom as if there was never a sign there was ever a issue. I would not only recommend Gregory and 24-7 Restoration & Roofing located in Mansfield Texas but I would say I would never use anyone else if ever has a problem again. If you want a company and people whom truly care about you, your home, your peace of mind and that will not only get all the work done right the very first time but will also stand up for you and advocate for you to ensure you are made whole again in every possible way from start to finish, From repeated calls on your behalf to your insurance company to making sure you yourself are ok, safe and most importantly sane at the end of the process then Gregory and 24-7 Restoration is the person to call. We woke up to an early morning rain storm...and water coming in through the ceiling. We called 2 different companies. 24-7 called us back in minutes and had someone to the house in a little over an hour. Stephen arrived and was courteous, professional and fixed the problem quickly. I called out two other local water restoration companies to help me with a leak. They could not offer me any assistance without simply ripping my home apart and “hoping” to find the cause. I have a special needs child that cannot handle sensory overload, and was fearful of how long this process would take. Gregory came out the same day as I called the company, and listened to my concerns. He was able to use non-invasive methods to find the leak, and help troubleshoot a method for the repair. I am so very grateful for him and his teams complete understanding of my special circumstances.
