I normally don't write reviews, but was very impressed by James Kate Roofing and the wonderful job they did on replacing my roof. Good communication from start to finish and the coordination with my insurance company was 1st rate. The replacement was quick -1/2 day, done in a professional manner and most important was done right.They are an established business and not a "fly by night" outfit. The process was easy and the crew that did the replacement was really good. Attention to detail was noted and appreciated.I'll be recommending JK Roofing to all my friends and neighbors!

Jame Kate Roofing is a jewel of a company. I was first introduced to them a few years ago when they put a new roof on my mom's house. Since then, I have used them for repairs on my home and there is nothing negative that I can say about the company nor their employees. I feel comforted that they are great people, and I have never felt taken advantage of. They are also great conversationalists. James Kate is one of the businesses that I feel that when they have completed a job, I will know that I have one of the best in the business.

From the start to the finish, I had superior customer service and satisfaction with the sales team, Brian and production manager, Wesley, & Kyla. I started out with them because I noticed some shingles missing. Brian was prompt to coming out and providing assistance to remedy it while in the process of getting another roof put on. However, my insurance at the time did not think that my roof was in need for a full replacement. so as time went on, I noticed more issues with my roof throughout the year,. I contacted Brian and he said let’s work with Kyla on getting a 2nd review with Insurance. Thankfully, my insurance agreed with Kyla’s report and replaced my roof. That was a big victory as I was ready to pay out of pocket for a new roof.Once the project was transferred from the sales team to the production team, I worked with Wesley. Wesley was prompt in answering any of my questions and ensuring that I was taken care of. On Roofing day, he was very detail oriented in finding any loose nails, and any deficiencies that may have been caused from the Roofing team. Even though there was minimal deficiencies, he addressed all of them as soon as possible without questions.Lastly, I highly recommend this roofing company!!!!!

I have had the pleasure of working with a company James Kate Construction who where absolutely phenomenal. They replaced my roof, installed new gutters, painted my garage & shutters and even repaired my fence. As homeowners we look for honesty in a business. Well...Mr. Isaac Price was exceptional at doing that! Extremely nice guy who assured me that the house was going to look amazing! Due to the recent hail storms I needed to replace my roof and since I have solar panels, I was looking for a company that could do both. Justin from James Kate was very professional and answered all of my questions. Justin worked with my insurance company and my roof was replaced in a timely manner. Using James Kate for our roof was a great experience. Our roof had to be completely replaced after a hailstorm and the company was quick to evaluate and get our roof replaced within just a couple of weeks. The interior drywall damage was also repaired and looks brand new. When we found some nails and debris in our yard after the installation, they sent their crew back out the same day to do another magnet sweep of our yard and make sure they got everything. Very professional service.Bryan was my representative.He was professional, knowledgeable, patient, willing to work to my time frame, always cleared up or responded quickly to any questions or concerns, and did not apply the high pressure tactics normally associated with sales. He presented early brochures and documents pertaining to the makeup and qualifications of the company, as well, information required to help the customer make a sound decision regarding their roofing installation. Crystal was our project manager and she ensured we had a schedule, expectations, and follow up. Want a quality roof? Want a company that understands a complicated process and makes it easy to understand? I’ve seen others. I’ve lived in houses with ok roofs. This company didn’t just tack on a layer over prior underlayment or shingles. They removed it correctly, put on the best material in our category, and the gutter work was done correctly. I have no complaints! That extra work I needed was done well and within budget. I didn’t have to find a contractor, they used their in house contractors and did a better job than I would have done or reduced the hassle if I had to find a contractor and follow up with them; instead Crystal followed up and handled it for me. This company earned 5 stars. And if you are as picky as I am with my house, you will be happy using this company to replace your roof, replace your gutters, or do that odd project you can’t just seem to get around to because it’s a headache. This was my second experience with James Kaye Roofing and Solar and their contactor Daniel. Daniel was very professional he knew right away what my problem was. The leaves had collected in a section over the garage causing water to back up under the shingles which caused water to run off into the garage.Not only did Daniel give me an estimate to fix the problem he got up on the roof with his blower and blew the leaves off so, if it rains again, I will know for sure that the problem was the result of the leaves and not hail damage.I thought for sure Daniel was going to charge me something instead he said no charge.Thanks, Daniel
