Were about to complete 10 years in our custom home built by Olin Johnson. The home is still holding up fantastic and we haven't had any major issues regarding the structure or anything of any kind. Jason was very easy to work with and made the experience very pleasurable and smooth as can be. He was very thorough and communicated right away every time we needed to. The process went so well and smooth, that we are currently thinking of using them again to build us a new home.

My wife and I really enjoyed the entire buying experience we had with Jason Olin (Olin Johnson Homes). We had been looking for several months for the right home for our family, but nothing worked. However, when we found this house that Jason and his team built my wife and I both agreed this was the place. I called Jason and he met us at the house where we filled out the contract. We immediately hit it off with Jason as we found there was much in common with our world views.Jason did his best to make our move transition as easy as possible. My wife and I just celebrated our 5th year in our Olin Johnson home. This was a spec home that we purchased and it fit our needs perfectly. We have not had any issues with our home. The electric bill has been very reasonable so we are well insulated. Over the last few years, we have had a couple of questions about the house and Jason Johnson was happy to answer them. We are extremely happy with our home and we would highly recommend an Olin Johnson Home to anyone.

Jason builty us a home in 2015. We found Jason easy to work with and he was patient in our making decisions and processing the huge process of building a house. We appreciated his attention to detail in the building process of our custom home and he was available after we moved in a any small corrections in the house. I recommend him to anyone looking to build their own home.
