Larry Watts and team recently worked on a Roof Replacement project for my home. Larry's attention to detail is uncanny. He sees potential problems and addresses them immediately. He encourages his staff to strive for excellence and to share his vision. When he's working on your home, it's as if he's working on his own. He brings a level of expertise and care that's rare. He displays a level of integrity that's unmatched. I believe I have the best looking roof in my neighborhood. I highly recommend anyone who needs a roof replacement or repair to consider hiring him. You WILL NOT be disappointed.

Expert Roofing has never performed any work for me.This review was posted to this site without my knowledge..We had the roofs replaced on our house, cabana, and work shop on July 25, 2015 by Marshall Hometown Roofing. We were very satisfied with their quality, cleanliness, and professionalism. We would and have recommended their services for any roof work.Again, Expert Roofing has never performed any work for me.I rated it as okay because I do not know their work..

A few years ago I had Richard Alliston assist me in getting my roof replaced when it was damaged by hail. After the replacement I noticed moisture in one of my skylights and discussed this with Richard Alliston of Marshall Hometown Roofing when he advised me that it was “condensation” from my bathroom. I didn’t feel that was correct because before the roof replacement there was never any issues with “condensation.” Shortly after a hard rain came through the area and water leaked all over my bathroom ceiling damaging the drywall along with other areas in my house that had not previously leaked. I again discussed my roof problem with Richard Alliston showing him photos of the water damage to the interior, he then agreed it was not condensation and came to repair the leaks. Richard’s repairs seemed to work until the next heavy rain, at which time I asked Expert Roofing to come and take a look. I was shocked when I saw the amount of shingles that they removed and replaced on my roof in doing the repairs. They explained this was necessary as the leaks where caused by workmanship and they had to address the way the flashings were installed in order to be able to guarantee no further leaks. The repairs done by Expert Roofing & Construction have held up for more than a year, this is the first my roof has been leak free since installed. I highly recommend Expert Roofing & Construction for any roofing needs and after my experience I would not use another roofing company in the future.

This is in response to Cyndie Watts-Coit's Review posted above; A number of years ago, Cyndie had hail damage to her roof, my husband Rich Alliston was involved with insurance adjusting full time and she had relied on her brother Larry Watts (of now Expert Roofing) to have the repairs completed. There was a time limit to recover depreciation that was about to expire. Relating to my husband Rich Alliston she could not rely on her brother she needed her roof completed. She requested my husband Rich Alliston help her in getting the roof replaced. He had been away and recommended someone to do her roof that in the past had been reputable and other people had recommended. My husband Rich Alliston was not available to inspect when the work was completed and the workmanship was substandard. My husband Rich Alliston assisted her in obtaining her depreciation and concluding her claim. He never charged her a dime, only assisted her as a friend (along with leveling her above ground pool, and pet sitting) (God Bless this woman) (Marshall Hometown Roofing was not involved). Her roof leak at that point consisted of condensation puddling within in the bubble of her skylight, which was sealed on the exterior. My husband Rich Alliston resealed the flange of the tunnel type skylight as a precaution protecting the drywall and was never told of another leak. Larry Watts lived with my husband, traveled with him as he taught him insurance adjusting in different states, My husband Rich Alliston introduced him to people he worked for and Larry Watts became employable. Initially Larry and my husband Rich Alliston had endeavored to work in business together at the inception of Expert Roofing, when my husband Rich Alliston told Larry he could not be in business with him (trust and transparency issues), we were separated from approximately 10,000 dollars that we had entrusted to Larry Watts in starting the venture. With a tear in his eye, and that sincere face he related he would work it out with us. Larry Watts would not return my husband Rich Alliston's phone calls, nor meet with him. Our attempts to resolve issues with Larry required an attorney, who eventually told us the cost vs. benefit was not going to be worth it. (God Bless you Larry, we trust God to have His way in your life) It took him months to remove reviews he misappropriated from the work done by Marshall Hometown Roofing.
