David Ash at RoofTop Innovations of Waco was so pleasant to work with. From the time I met with him about my roof he explained the entire process. He was there when the adjuster came out and he was there when the installation was done. He answered all questions I had. When the build was done he was even out there making sure any nails dropped were picked up. The next storm we had after the build he was back to make sure that everything was good. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DAVID ASH. He deals with all the headache process with the Insurance Company for you so it’s hassle free to you.

Rooftop Innovations was great from start to finish. They were very professional. The process was explained to us completely before any work began. When they were finished, the roof looked absolutely wonderful. Everything was cleaned up completely before they left. Alex was especially great to work with. He oversaw the whole process, continually asked if we had questions or concerns, and made sure everything was just right upon completion. He even came back the next day to make another sweep for any nails and other debris that might have been missed. I would highly recommend Rooftop Innovations if you are considering a new roof for your home or business.

Great experience from start to finish with Roof Top on a total roof replacement.Jordan Larance was great to work with! He was very knowledgeable and worked diligently with our insurance adjuster to get our claim processed with maximum benefits. He was very professional, readily available to answer questions, and on-site when the work was performed to make sure things went according to plans.The crews replacing the roof and gutters did an outstanding job as well. Jordan from Roof Top Innovations came out to my house for a roof inspection and was extremely helpful. He was so very patient and was able to answer all of my questions. He was able to answer questions regarding insurance as well. It was so nice to have such a respectful and patient young man that didn’t push his company on me. He was there to help !!!! Rooftop Innovations is a quality company with quality inspectors. Aaron Allen did a great job inspecting our roof after a storm. Luckily we didn't have any damage, but he found a spot on the roof that was lifting and needed to be fixed. He was very quick and professional with contacting us and setting up an appointment to take care of things.

Maverick Webb did an outstanding job on our roof in October 2023. He was very professional, informative, and diligent. He processed the claim immediately and started tending to the roof. Excellent overall experience with Rooftop Innovations. They helped me get my roof covered by insurance and maximized the value of the coverage. I worked with them at a time in which they were working through some necessary transitions in their local subcontractors, so there were a couple hiccups on a tricky spot of my porch (which has a unique grade to it that requires modbit). Despite the hiccups, the project manager working my roof (Casey Cooper), was responsive, forthright, and intentional about making sure everything was done to my satisfaction and peace of mind. Great and reliable roof on my house now, and I’m grateful to Casey and the team for sticking with me through the process, start to finish.

David Ash worked with us from day one knocking on our door letting me know he sees damage. I said I will get with the husband when he gets home. Same day I texted and he came over to speak with us. Next day or two, David Ash called Travelers Insurance for a 3 way call, getting the claim initiated, meeting the adjuster at our home for a walk around, letting us know the entire process/what we should expect after each task was complete. David Ash was onsite as the roof was put on. Taking pictures of damaged areas, which, the roofers fixed. I had questions such how does this work for that to happen and he spent time explaining it all. David along with Maverick helped make our decision on the color schemes painless. We had some weather to work around, but it actually turned out to be the best. David let us know in advance when he needed to come over for paperwork, inspection, pictures, etc. Timing of the entire process, super easy to reach by phone or text, professionalism, understanding the job, contacts for external /interior damage, and honesty - top notch. Can’t forget about the gutters absolutely beautiful - My husband, David Cox and me are completely satisfied.
