Rachael has been such a great person to work with from day one. They were aware we had a storm coming soon and she bought the whole crew to finish the work on the same day before the storm. Very responsive, communicative and efficient. Super quick and reliable. The whole crew did an amazing job. They clean after the mess, you couldn't tell if there was a project was done, which I love so much. Rachel was able to get my insurance approve given that they are a pain in the butt. Most roofing company did not even want to bother with us because of our insurance. But you guys were the only one that came to work with us which I am so thankful for. Rachel manage to get them approve. So I just want to say thank you Rachel for getting this done. She didn't come to play which I respect a lot. She made sure our roof was taking care of no matter the circumstance. I am super pleased with the impeccable service as well as the product. Our roof looks amazing. Thank you again Performance Roofing!!! Def highly highly recommend this company to do your roof. I will for sure recommend this to friends or my neighbors if they ask for a good roofing company.

Jeff responded quickly to assess the damage and worked closely with our insurance company in ensuring all the damage was identified. Overall best experience I have had with any contractor in dfw. Called for an inspection after hailstorm damage. Mark came out on a Sunday (only day I'm avaiable) to check everything out and get the estimate going. Anytime I had any questions or concerns they were promptly addressed. Roof went on in a day the crew was great and mindful of the property during tear off and replacement. Gutters were installed quickly as well and look amazing. We had hail storm damage from earlier in the year. Found the company on the good contractors list and we had such a great experience! Our claim covered the roof, gutters, fence and some drywall repair. The contractor Mathew listened to our concerns and made great recommendations. Also, he provided excellent communication and coordination throughout the process. Each crew was professional, timely and did outstanding work. Any questions or concerns were quickly addressed. Mark (originally I had Matt on this review) showed up 35 minutes late for an insurance inspection and then he and the insurance inspector started arguing about about another job in Prosper they had worked together. It was so unethical I started recording it on my phone and thought about posting the video. For a minute I thought I was on candid camera myself. Overall the inspection went so bad the insurance company is sending out a new inspector. Way to go Performance Roofing! I also left a message with Ron Z. but he is on vacation this week.Per the comment from performance roofing below. Is this enough proof Mark from Performance Roofing was at my house now? The Performance Roofing team should wear capes. Lindsey and the entire staff are truly amazing. They somehow managed to make possible roof damage not as frightening.Equipped with the latest in roofing technology, my representative did a thorough inspection with minimal notice. Rachel was always available to answer my questions. And the cost was better than many other quotes I had been given. They took great care with the cleanup. FINALLY honest, timely and straightforward customer service!We reached out to Performance Roofing in the middle of the night when our roof started leaking. We left a message with the answering service and early the next morning we received a text from someone in the office confirming our message, then around 7am the owner/manager reached out via text letting us know a tech had been assigned and would be reaching out shortly.Around 9am Rachael reached out confirming we were still in need of a visit and said she'd be on her way to check things out and give us an estimate. The visit & estimate would be free!Rachael was so kind, so joyful and straightforward. I showed her inside our home where the leak was, what our middle of the night investigating had uncovered & what we'd done. She went into the attic to check it out closer and then stepped outside for further inspection.Once Rachael was done, she showed me all the detailed images of the issues in our roof, some from wear & tear, some from a poorly installed cable dish, some from wood rot, etc. Not only did she use photos, she flew a drone over the roof to show me in real-time some additional issues she'd found. Not for one moment did she exaggerate issues or create issues for more work or money. Every single item was clear & she had a very clear solution for each item as well. She worked up an estimate line-by-line and a timeline to get it done.It was the first time I'd worked with a contractor who left me feeling confident in the honesty of the estimate.We needed the roof to be dry so 48hours later the team arrived. They tracked the radar and began working. They completed the roof and were even able to match our 7 year old shingles! The crew cleaned up after themselves and didn't leave a single item behind. Rachael called to make sure they'd cleaned up and to let me know they'd be returning to paint the vents at a later date.They returned a week or so later to paint the vent pipes for added protection.All in all I would 100% recommend Performance Roofing to anyone! If you're able to request someone, I'd highly recommend Rachael. She was incredible. Even after the job was complete she called to make sure we were happy with how it all turned out.

Mat Dutton with Performance Roofing did an awesome job. We needed attic venting installed in our new home. He came out to provide the quote, made sure the solution met our needs and spent extra time finding the right shingles to match ours (ours were discontinued). The team is very professional, prepared before and cleaned after. You’d never know they were there when they were done. The vents seamlessly disappear into the room. I’d recommend for any job and will use them again if a need arises.Service: Attic venting installation

I can not say enough good things about Matt and Performance Roofing. If I could give 10 stars I would! Matt was able to help us navigate repairing our roof after all the recent storms that hit Texas. The quality and care that Matt and his team showed us throughout the process is so hard to find these days. Very impressed with the professionalism and high integrity of Performance Roofing!The estimator Jeff visited our house yesterday to check our gutters (due to recent minor water damage to the brick). After a thorough examination on his ladder, he concluded that there were no major problems (very clean gutters; no blockage) and that the only solution needed was DIY simple gutter caulking (to seal the open gaps at the end caps to prevent water from dripping on the brick).It was a huge relief to hear such an honest and straightforward estimate from Performance Roofing...especially after a different gutter company had just presented an extremely high proposal to do unnecessary gutter cleaning (on already clean gutters), unnecessary leaf guards (with few trees present), and splash guards (not needed with properly sealed end caps).Jeff was amazing and very patient in answering my questions! Definitely recommend a company that puts the customer's needs first!
