Great customer service here! Tommy hooked me up big time. He cut me a custom piece of plywood and 2x4's.....didn't even make a face when I asked him if he could cut it for me. Talk about a selection! This place is clean, well lit, well stocked with inventory AND with friendly and knowledgeable staff. They have a damn fine selection of power tools, and all sorts of other hardware. I make it a point to browse local Ace Hardware stores whenever I'm in a new town and this one did not disappoint.

These are some of the most friendly helpful people. They are so knowledgeable and kind and they do the best they can to help you find what you need for whatever project you are about to do! I love that I can walk in this store and immediately they notice you would offer you assistance you don't have to wander around or look for an employee one will come to you!

Well, let me tell you these guys over here in Monahans, Texas at the Ace Hardware. Definitely know how to take care of their customers as well. If I need something ordered it’s there within 2 to 3 days. They also have a really awesome gun selection in the back if you stop by there, make sure to check it out. They are all very kind people and they take care of all your different needs.

Most recently went in for pvc piping. Almost got everything I needed. Most importantly, the customer service was good. The young man that assisted me was knowledgeable and helpful. That's kind of always been my experience at this Ace. The only problem was that at the time of checkout, somehow I couldn't be located in the system. First time that's happened in the 8 years I've been a patron. 🤔

Everyone is so helpful and I'm always greeted when I come through the door. They have a large amount of inventory and they always know exactly where each item is. Communication is a top priority here as well. Need to mail a package using their UPS desk in the back? They're on it and you're out the door in no time. I love this place!

Sure is nice having a hardware store in town. The people that work here are friendly and always willing to help. I always check ACE before making a journey to Odessa, and 9 times out of 10 they have exactly what I’m looking for.

I paid online with my company card, got the email saying my order was ready for pickup yesterday, then when i show up today they dont have all the items in stock so they tell me ill have to pay again and will be refunded for the first order. Well this purchase was made with my company card which i dont have on me atm so the only option is to pay out of pocket and hope i get refunded, employees were very nice, but i dont recommend shopping online if this is the pickup spot

Pretty plants. Surely there was a mistake with the pricing on some of them. Or the machine didn't print the whole "2" so it looked like a "7." I am not paying $74.99 for a variety pot of flowers or a large hibiscus.

On St Patrick's day, my husband and I went in to just see the store. We moved from Midland, we met the most knowledgeable nicest lady. We buildt a home in Monahans and had ordered lights but forgot about the lightbulbs. This employee 's patience with us was so professional. I had to look up each item on my phone to tell her the size and wattage. I appreciate her patience and knowledge of the products. I will definitely be back for all my needs for my new home. I am sorry not to remember her name even though she introduced herself to us.

I have never been disappointed by the service or selection of my home town store. It's clean, well lit, well stocked and well staffed. The prices are competitive with big box stores and it is local.

Staff is very friendly and you will probably find anything you need here. However, you will pay pay pay for the convenience of not having to drive to Odessa. Go to NAPA for all things car instead, and Lowe's in Odessa for anything else worth driving 80 miles round trip for. Get on Ace's mailing list because they send you LOTS of coupons that almost always work even if the date is expired. I was even able to exchange a ladder that was too tall without a receipt because they knew I couldn't have bought it anywhere else.

Stihl service rep (green Ace shirt) has no sense of customer service; was rude when we tried to kindly work something out with him on a warranty issue. All other sales/customer service reps seemed fine though, but our personal experience in this store was short lived and the worst customer service we've ever encountered.

Helpful people but VP that never shows his face when something defective is sold and refuses to return after clearly stating in return policy bought unit day before recept in hand still denied ... will never set foot in this store ever again! If u can handle a no return policy regardless dont shop here!!!!

ACE has been around forever and they are pretty much the only proper hardware store in town and they know it, that's reflected in the rather steep prices. On the other hand, the staff is very helpful and will try to get you fixed up no matter how long it takes, which in my book is excellent. To sum it up, if you're not on a budget, ACE is a fair choice.

It's been many years since I've been to hardware store that had someone really help, everyone was very friendly. Great place,
