Very happy with Tryggr. They actually did a new roof on two homes - one that we were selling and the other, our residence. On the house we were selling, it was discovered during the inspection that the roof was damaged by hail. We were on a tight schedule to close for the buyer. Tyrggr went above and beyond to have the work completed on time for us to close on time. Easy to work with, excellent workmanship.

I received no insurance assistance for my roof, but Tryggr Roofing came out immediately, patched a spot where my roof was leaking and provided me with a proposal for a new roof that was more than competitive with other companies. Their work was very well-done paying attention to detail not only with the roof itself, but other details including touch-up painting and clean-up. I found no nails or other materials left in the yard. I appreciated how Keith Matus would clearly provide information with options along the way and patiently answered all questions and concerns. My name is Jennifer F., I typically don't like my name on reviews so I use a different and inconspicuous one.My story with this business was positive, positive, POSITIVE!!I had my metal Barndominium home built in 2021 and I hired a company in Dallas to erect the metal aspect of my home. I won't go into detail about the metal erecting company, but I will say that I wouldn't recommend them to my worse enemy. I didn't realize that problems existed with my roof until experiencing a heavy rainfall. I had a leaky roof so I got busy calling my insurance Company and then hunting for a reputable Roofing Company.When Robert, The Owner of Tryyger Construction Company, came out to inspect my roof, I knew almost immediately that he would be the Company to repair my roof.He and his crew spent a good amount of time on top of my roof on a hot day walking throughout the rooftop, taking many pictures and making his report of his survey. He got busy writing a detailed report about all the problems that existed, due to shoddy workmanship of the installer, and attached the many pictures which he carefully matched each picture up to each problem identified.As soon as my Insurance Company scheduled my inspection, Robert returned to be present for The Insurance Company Appraisal, and THEN Robert returned about a week or so later to help get my roof in safe condition until I'm able to get a complete replacement of sheet metal and correct installation. He brought 3 of his crew to prevent further leaks and wind from causing additional damage until we can afford to have him and his Company to do replacement work at an affordable price. He did this temporary repair at NO COST!! For the short time I returned to Facebook I was lucky to have come across Trygger in a local group I was a part of. We had a nasty storm come through this summer that just destroyed our roof and the side or our house. Decided to reach out to Trygger. Their response was quick, and they were inspecting our property I think that next day.They helped with navigating the lovely insurance jumble of a claim and were there the entire way event when the insurance adjuster came out to inspect. If it wasn't for Trygger, the insurance adjuster wouldn't have been able to get on our roof. He didn't even bring a ladder.The roof and siding were replaced and from what I can tell it looks really good. In fact, the roofing materials are nicer now than they were when the manufacture did the work the first time.I wish I knew about Trygger before I started other projects like on my property. They will definitely be the first I call when I have new projects or home remodeling in the future. I just hope we don't have to call them out because of another nasty storm but if we get one, which we do live in Texas, Trygger will be the first call.From the owners to the staff that came to inspect and get on that hot roof in July, we are very pleased with the work and the quality of service we have received from Tryggr.
