We used this company to repair leaks on my residence in Beaumont. The roofers came out and “completed” the job in a reasonable amount of time. Later that week, I inspected the job and found the patches had not been welded down or only partially welded down. I called, and the owner quickly responded and sent the same crew to fix the project. Needless to say, the crew caused more damage to the roof than fixes. None of the leaks were fixed. I again attempted to get them to come out, and the company has been extremely unresponsive.Poor Workmanship and poor customer service.Service: Roof repair for storm & wind damage

I asked GT a 100 questions. They patiently answered all of them and got the job. They did great and was very fast. My roofed went through a tornado thereafter without loosing a shingle. Very pleased!

Due to Hurricane Ida... Charlie was very helpful and knowledgeable about his job. I did get 6 other quotes before we decided to go with GTRS . There were a few things that they offered and and how they explained everything to me of the process that helped me make my decision . The price was exactly what i was paying for , the time frame was under what he predicted, the people were proficient and professional at my home when installing my roof . The cleanup was great. I have a 53 square roof , multiple turbines and vents that were all replaced. It took 1 full day and 4 hours of the next morning. They started on my roof 2 days afters i called when i decided too use GTRS. I got a 50 Year system roof for the price everyone else was trying to sell me a 30 year roof. I am VERY PLEASED with my decision and roof . I can tell Charlie has a great crew and actually enjoys his job. They even checked up on me after the job was done and crew was gone .
