Bad co-worker communication, cut throat supervisors discuss employees pay raises among staff, I. e. other employees. Favoritism among friends, too many dress code violations. Need to Establish a better transition from parking lot to work unit.

Worked there 2014-2016 and it was great. I learned a lot. But when I went back and got on the BPEX site i I was the only white dude on a crew of 8. The rest were Hispanic and they definitely made it known that I wasn't welcome. D.Garza was the worst forman I've ever had. Threw fits like a 10 yr old girl. Got his nephew on that had never done a days work in electrical as a top helper making 25 an HR. The company definitely went down hill. One day told me that we rained out at 2 so I left came back the next day and fired me. All a set-up to get rid of me.

The new office location on Twin City Highway in Port Arthur, Tx in the old shopping center is VERY BIASED/PREJUDICED toward people of COLOR. Everyday I and others went in to acquire about job openings (especially in the upcoming LNG Sabine Pass Project) were always told their not hiring. Yet the job listings on web site and confirmation of workers on site says otherwise. Everyday there's a new set of vehicles yet the front lobby is empty which means someone is seeing the "recruiters" and getting hired in on the low. It's no longer what you know but "HUE" you know. From the receptionist at the front desk to the hiring personnel...it's obvious that if your not Hispanic your not getting hired or like Bechtel if you don't pay you don't eat! It's only a matter of time before the local natives express their disapproval for out of town thieves.

Nothing wrong with zachry bUT it's the people they hire, especially the hiring office. From the multipile times I've been going to the front desk in Nederland the BLACK woman upfront always has an attitude and never a smile! And never helpful its like she doesnt even wants to be there. Ive been to numerous hiring offices and the people have always been so kind and generous even when theres no job.So the moment she gave me an attitude and I gave her some backlash. It's a joke to have someone like her as a receptionist. If ZACHRY MANAGEMENT READS THIS PLEASE TAKE ACTION.

got called for a interview saying they needed nccer certified scaffold builders. went in the next day the interviewer/ recruiter being a Hispanic interviewed 3 other Hispanics before me none certified, one without a social security card yet given paperwork to finish hiring process. I go in for interview an he's studying my resume'/work history and goes all around the fact that I'm not only certified in scaffolding but safety as well and have years of experience yet he tells me we're just interviewing right now and will call you back in 3 weeks although the job starts sooner. Whether he was intimidated by my experience doesn't matter what does matter is that companies like this hire these people and allow them to bring in their own kind regardless of know how. it's no longer what you know but who you know! Economic death of a people and the company who supports it!
