I HIGHLY recommend Prestige Total Roofing!! We had a roof leak that has been repaired before. We received some quotes and Kyle was right there with them. The reason we went with Prestige and Kyle, is because he explained why we have had multiple repair jobs on a flat roof add on, and it was still leaking. He quoted us for the small job and/or the whole roof, and he beat all other quotes. We chose to do the whole roof.His crew was here for 1 day! They cleaned everything up, including nails. The roof looks great, better than ever!! They did a very professional job. No more leaks!!!!!Kyle is local to Needville. He is honest and very dependable. We had heavy rains in January which led to the discovery that we had a leak in our roof. I called Kyle with Prestige Total Roofing to checkout our roof before the next round of expected heavy rain. He came the same day, walked our roof, took pictures, and provided a detailed description of the problem, and an itemized list of repairs and cost. Understanding that I wanted to contact the builder’s warranty department of our less than 5 years old house, Kyle put a patch on the roof the same day he came out to diagnose the problem.I tried working with our builder’s warranty for repairs but unsurprisingly, they claimed no responsibility for the problem. Kyle was very patient in waiting for me as I tried to work with my builder. When it became apparent they were going to be of no help, I called Kyle and he had a roofer repairing my roof the day after I called.The roof was repaired quickly, neatly, and efficiently at a VERY good price supported by a one year warranty. It isn’t often these days that you work with a tradesman who is as professional and polite as Kyle with Prestige Total Roofing. I highly recommend them.

Kyle was recommended by a neighbor. He came out within a few days of me contacting him. He found several issues and was able to repair these the same day. As promised he sent me an invoice and before and after pictures within a few days. He was easy to talk to and explained the issues and what he did. I had a nightmare situation working with an insurance company to replace my roof while I was selling my home. Kyle from Prestige came in and set everything straight for me. He knew the processes and was patient with delays on the end of the insurance company. I barely had to do anything once Kyle was involved. If I could give more stars I definitely would.Our church had a new roof put on by Prestige Total Roofing. They were awesome. The crew worked hard all week getting the roof put on. Then a month or so after we needed some touch ups and they were out here with bells and did a great job addressing our issue. Out of the three companies I called for an estimate, Prestige made an impression on me. They showed me all the discrepancies our roof had. We went up on the roof and I could see for myself what needed to be repaired. They answered all of my questions regarding cost, choice of shingle, estimates, repair time, clean-up, and warranties. After calling around to get several quotes on a new roof for a garage addition, I chose to use Prestige Total Roofing because they are a certified Certainteed shingle installer. I built the garage myself, not being a professional framer I had many concerns about doing it right. Kyle came out and we discussed shingle options and how I had framed the roof, he showed me what I needed to do and that his guys would make it look good. My wife and I were undecided on a shingle color and he gave us some addresses for homes with the different colors we were considering, which made it easy to decide, way better that just looking at a photo or small sample. We are more than ecstatic with the way it turned out. Kyle is easy to work with and communicate with, and put up with all my questions. When it turned into a more complicated job, he worked until almost dark, then sent someone Saturday morning to get it finished before a big rain was due. I was very pleased with the work done. We originally planned the work a year ago but the pandemic changed that. We had estimates from 4 different vendors. When we were ready to do the work, Prestige was the only one that did not raise the price. I was amazed with the efficiency of the workers. They were so well organized that they arrived at 7 and worked until dark and were done. Kyle came the next morning and surveyed the work. He saw a few things I would never have noticed and had some additional work done. They made a mess but to my surprise it was all gone by the end of the day.
