I had alot of roofers come to my door and then some inspector came to my door from New Horizons Roofing and explained to me in detail about why roofers are coming to my door and explained the process they do that will help me get a new roof through my homeowner insurance. They worked the process for me and I didn’t really have to do anything. Got my new roof and it looks better than everyone’s on the street!!! This company is highly recommend!!!

NHRS replaced the gutters and downspouts and repaired the fascia boards on my home and I was very happy with the work. The installers kept in contact with me as to their schedule and asked my advice on a couple issues that developed. The work was completed without a hitch and I felt in the loop as to what was happening with the job. A good experience and I would recommend this company to others.

He and his team arrived early in the morning to take off my 20-year old roof and by the afternoon we had a beautiful new one. Alliance roofing painted all the piping on the roof to match the charcoal shingles. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a new roof.

I am beyond happy with the services I received from NHRS. I was very stressed with all the damage Harvey caused to my house. I highly recommend speaking to Leticia, she was able to put me at ease and explain everything thoroughly. Not only did they provide excellent service but they work along side another contractor to tackle any work needed on the interior of the house. NHRS responded quickly to our call when we noticed a leak coming from the ceiling in our bathroom. The roofer promptly came out to assess the roof damage. After inspecting the area and the entire roof he assured us that a repair rather than a replacement of the roof was what was needed. We appreciated his honest advice and then arranged for the repair.

Noticed a week ago, there was a water spot near one of the windows on our second floor; we weren't sure if it was from the roof as there might have been a missing shingle. Was referred to NHRS by a close friend. The next day, NHRS already had one of their employees come and inspect. He was a pleasure to work with and he quickly ascertained that the leak/water spot was due to the protruding window. He caulked the gaps and checked every protruding window on our second floor~.I really recommend them. I was satisfied with the service and that if there are any further issues to contact them.

It's great to work with a company where the invoice exactly matches the amount quoted for the job. There's nothing worse than getting an invoice for more than the amount quoted, unless of course there is a compelling reason for that to happen. Highly professional and cautious workers. Had a roof leak with the recent storms. Called and requested someone to come out and inspect the roof. Someone came out and thoroughly inspected the roof and added some chucking at no charge. I highly recommend them and would gladly refer to a friend.
