I had quite a unique situation with purchasing my home making it very difficult for me to schedule an inspection within my option period but Michael worked with me very well regarding scheduling and he even went out on a Saturday for us. Prior to listing our house for sale, we wanted to have an inspector go through the property (house, shop, barn) and point out any issues that we may not be aware of.Michael came in, armed with everything he needed to check everything all our buildings (small farm and house). Many of the problems we already knew about (missing covers on electrical boxes, temporary wires running under doors!, etc). But some issues we were unaware of came out in during the inspection (shingles on south side of garage looked worn).The detailed descriptions and mass of annotated photos he included in this report (which we got the next day) gave a complete "to-do" list of things we need to look at and emphasized safety and health problems (in red) that we have to deal with first before we list the house for sale.We highly recommend "Under The Roof Home Inspection" if you want a realist appraisal of the condition of your property.Service: Pre-listing inspections
