He truly cares about the happiness of his customers and will help you see a vision of what your home can be. The gentlemen who worked on my home were hard workers and problem solvers. I had Fusion come out to look at the roof after a storm we had. The gentleman Chris Coker was very professional, honest, and was on time. I didn’t feel pressured to replace my roof at all. He said my roof was fine and if I felt that I wanted it replaced Fusion Restoration Services would do the job. I had another company come out and right away they said it needed replaced! Well I trust Fusion Restoration Services because this other guy was to quick to take my money. Thank you Chris and the company!

Matt and his crew of 18 showed up on time (6:30 AM) and were done before 2:00 PM that afternoon. I can't give these guy's enough credit, nobody standing around ever, listened to my comments / requests and clean-up at the end of the day was impeccable and oh, and best roofing job I've had done in 45 years as a homeowner. This was a 3,300sf home plus oversized 2 car garage.

From the moment Erik came out to give me a bid on a new roof, my experience was amazing. He communicated me clearly when he was coming by, showed up on time, and was very friendly and informative. He walked me through all the information I needed and taught me a lot about what a new roof means. When I was ready to proceed with his bid, he came by the house and talked me through everything that would be done and included in the contract including some special requests. Once I got HOA approval he was able to book me within a week. He clearly communicated when he would be by with his team to begin and gave me updates throughout. In the middle of the first day I requested a radiant barrier and he was able to get it ordered and installed without holding up the process significantly. He finished my now beautiful and energy efficient roof in 1.5 days, did an amazing cleanup job, charged me a great rate, and even gave me filleted fish he caught out in the Gulf. It was a pleasure working with Erik and Fusion roofing and I would absolutely recommend. This is a team that gets the job done right and pain free.
