Carlos, Charlie and Gerardo converted our 2 car garage into a new living room, laundry room and bedroom/closet. All I can say is WOW. These guys were extremely professional and did such an amazing job. We are so happy we chose them to do our job. I cannot even believe our new living space used to be a dingy garage. Will definitely use them again for future renovations. I wish I could leave 100 stars. Top notch service!

Carlos and his crew did an outstanding job remodeling the entire outside of our home with brand new windows and siding. They were very professional and very clean and neat. Cleaned up very well after every work day. Very trustworthy! My husband and I were very pleased and amazed with their work and we will be calling them back soon to reconstruct the inside of our home next. Very happy and satisfied .Thanks to the Fantastic 4 Crew

I had an emergency that involved water flowing out of the downstairs ceiling into my living room. My appliance repair man recommended this company and they were on-site the same day to evaluate my problem. Carlos is honest and straightforward! He explained every step he planned to take and how he would troubleshoot my leak. His team arrived the next day. They took great care in moving my furniture and covering the walls to minimize the dust created when he removed a third of my ceiling. Once the cause was identified, I contracted with him to remove the popcorn from the rest of the ceiling and to paint the ceilings of two rooms. His team arrived promptly each day and were very professional! His work was so good I then had him convert a bath tub into a walk-in shower. He is reasonable, reliable and trust-worthy! I plan to use his company for all future home remodeling efforts!

Mr. Sanchez is a great contractor and working with him was a good experience. He and his crew were very consistent in their working and got the job done on time. Not to many honest contractors out there,but he is one for sure. They installed hardie siding, 18 windows and a new roof. The outcome was awesome and he explained the process all the way thru construction.
